Hello and Happy Holidays to all! I hope everyone is doing well and have taken encouragement from the recent developments in Rick's appeal process. My own situation is improving, slow but sure. I've got health coverage now and will have my license back soon.
The bottleneck is my car. I still haven't been able to get it registered and it still needs a few minor repairs. Once this is completed and I have transportation again, most everything else falls into place by itself. So at the risk of being accused of "begging" by people who have their own PayPals, CashApps and Buymeacoffees, I will say this:
If the spirit moves you, and you are able to offer support in the form of a donation, I would be extremely grateful. My goal is only to be able to support myself again, and when I've been in the position to, I have always helped others. At what point can you call a person "human garbage"? What line does one have to cross before they are deemed irredeemable? A recent video put together by Rick Mullenax ("Burn After Reading" on YouTube) gives us an excellent example of the troll farm being who they truly are: disgusting examples of the worst types of people you will find in the world.
The video itself is harmless. It's the same kind of stuff little Ricky has been putting up for a few years. He imagines himself as a muscular superhero who "saves Christmas" by beating me up. The typical stuff he's always done involving me because his imaginary cartoon world is the only place he could ever take me on and not get seriously injured. Mullenax is FAR from a superhero. He is a coward. The man is an obvious homosexual but hides from that fact on social media. Dude, it's 2025. Isn't that closet getting a little stale?
The comments are where the examples are. When did it become acceptable to mock someone for being homeless? (I'm not homeless, but they think I am for some reason). Honestly, let's put this in a different perspective. Imagine these people walking down the street of a city and encountering homeless people
as they tuck blankets around their children to keep them warm while they prepare the meager bit of food they managed to come up with for the day. Think of how they look as they gather around and laugh and point at those less fortunate than they. Sickening, isn't it? Yet what they do to me is no different when they actually believe I'm homeless and use it for their sport.
What gives these people the right to mock Prof because of his murdered brother? Don't these people try to make others believe that the reason they are doing this is to get justice for Abby and Libby? What justice is gotten for the girls when these adoloescent-minded animals accuse prof of abusing his child with absolutely zero evidence?
How can these people actually show their faces in public after accusing Prof (yet again with absolutely no evidence) of being a "chomo" when a prominent member of their group (Shane Kersage) has been charged not once, but twice, with child molestation? When did it become acceptable behavior to just accuse people willy nilly of something so disgusting?
Where do they come off making fun of me and my legal issues with marijuana when the vast majority of them have actually smoked marijuana with me? The OWI charge against me was dropped. What was NOT dropped was the DUI charge that Courtney "Jinx" Burrus caught after driving blackout drunk and fleeing the scene of an accident that she caused.
Imagine another real life scenario: a man and his wife have recently divorced. What would you think of someone who walked up to the man and starting talking about his ex wife having sexual relations with men in various positions and situations? How disgusting of an individual would you think this person was? Well, that's "Pauly Walnuts", aka "Devin Wilson", who once threatened to kill my dogs by throwing meat laced with rat poison into my yard. And let's not forget "Rescue all the dogs" aka Kimberly Chatson, or Livingston, or any of the ten aliases that she is known by. ( Her husband can be identified as using at least 8 aliases.) What are these people involved in that they need all these aliases? I'm not sure about her husband, but after a long federal investigation, Kimberly has been identified as the woman who has been using the United States mail to harass several people. This is punishable by incarceration in a federal facility, so if she owes you any money, you might want to get it quickly.
Just think about it. Strip away the context and just think about the actions of these disgusting individuals. They are truly some of the worst the world has to offer, and I haven't even touched on the worst of them yet.

I saw Frankmo says I'll have to do 6 months in jail and have a $5000 fine for pleading guilty to being in possession of just over ONE GRAM of weed. Being a pot head himself, he should probably familiarize himself with the penalties for possession, because apparently he doesn't know shit. I will not have a fine at all and I will do six months probation, which will probably be reduced to 3 months if I stay out of trouble, which I will. Then, some idiot in his chat asks why I share all this personal stuff. Well....BECAUSE ASSHATS LIKE FRANKMO AND FAT FRANK GIBSON ARE GOING TO SHARE IT ANYWAY, STUPID! 😆 Hey Shane, what's the penalty for what you were charged with? Cue Pink Floyd...HEY, KERSAGE....LEAVE THEM KIDS ALONE. 😆

Well, I had my final pretrial conference today and decided to take the deal they offered me. I pled guilty to the possession and they dropped the OWI. I go back in about a month to appear before the judge and officially accept the deal. Then I'll get my license back.
My hurdle now is to get the money to put plates on my car. Since I bought it from a private dealer I have to pay the tax, which is a little over $200. I also have to get the leak fixed, but the labor on it will be free because a friend is doing it in exchange for my writing up some legal paperwork for him. I just have to pay for the parts, which won't be too much. So things are slowly moving forward. I'll be on probation for 6 months but my lawyer says it will most likely be unsupervised and I'll attend my meetings by phone (after the first one, which has to be in person). My $700 bond will more than cover all the associated costs of the probation. Maybe I'll get some of it back after my probation ends.

He has no clue how to make content and even less talent. His only videos that get any views at all are about me or Prof. His only audience is a pack of laughing hyenas that thrive on hate. Now that I'm gone, his days are numbered.

And while we're at it, why dont you explain why you are not allowed to see your daughter. Tell everyone what you did to her, you sick fuck. This guy got this post taken down for "cyberbullying and harassment". EVERY SINGLE POST ON HIS CHANNEL is considered cyberbullying and harassment by the YouTube definition. I urge all of you to go to his channel and report every video.

Hello everyone. Well, for those of you that have been asking, I'm alive. I think it's pretty clear by now that I have stopped making videos. Unfortunately, this is not a temporary break.
I appreciate all of you who have been subscribers and members for the past few years, and I'm grateful for every watch you've given the channel. I'm not quitting because of the trolls and bootlickers. They have honestly never been anything more to me than a slight annoyance. Their masters, however, are a different story. I'm not sure how they are able to do what they do, but their reach is much more extensive than I ever dreamed it was. I have never in my life had any trouble getting a job. I mean that; look at my history if you doubt me. For some reason I can't get hired anywhere for any job. Four months after the divorce cost me my insurance and I still haven't been able to get a doctor to prescribe all the meds I need. I spent last Friday night in the ER with blood sugar over 380 and very high blood pressure.
I currently have no income and regularly go days without eating. After getting the money from the divorce settlement, I paid my rent up to date and caught up all of my other bills. After telling me he had the money in the bank, my worthless piece of shit roommate couldn't even come up with half of the rent he owed, so we were evicted anyway. My landlady had no choice, but she did at least ask the court to seal my record so that I would not have an eviction on my record because I was paid in full.
I would never ask my audience to contribute to my support, like so many others shamelessly do. We had fundraisers for others facing hard times, and I regularly asked that people donate to Lucci's house, but no matter how desperate my situation got, I would never have asked my subscribers to donate money to pay my bills or buy my groceries. There have been a handful of people who have volunteered their support and helped me several times. You know who you are, and I hope you know how much I appreciate you.
Bottom line: it's extremely hard to dedicate yourself to a cause the way I have when all you can think about is when you're going to get to eat again. Hopefully, removing myself from the effort to get the truth out about this cover-up, I will be left alone to resume a normal life. So that's the whole thing, folks. I'm just tired of being hungry all the time.

Well, the throat was not improving, so I acted on a hunch that there might be something more involved here. Sure enough, I have a sinus infection. I've got antibiotics, and they told me to drink plenty of fluids. I've already noticed improvement from this morning but I doubt it'll make it all the way back tonight, so I'm pushing the live stream to tomorrow night. I'm pretty confident it will be just about a hundred percent by then.
