Woman At The Well 868

In December 2023, one day while at the altar praying i saw a vision of myself in front of a burning bush. I heard the Lord say "I will send you like Moses to set my people free from bondage". During the COALITION OF KINGDOM WOMEN CONFERENCE 2024, these Mighty Women of God began to speak over me prophetically. What was amazing was the way they held my hands up, like Aaron and Hur did for Moses. This conference was an instruction from God, and I carried it out with everything I had in me. The glory and power of God in that room was indeed for deliverance, healing and restoration for the women who came. Daddy met us! Our King was in the room! Obedience to the call of God is never easy, but so WORTH IT! KINGDOM SONS AND DAUGHTERS ARISE! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Good morning fam❤️ Sharing what the Holy Spirit spoke to me from my Bible reading this morning:

HEBREWS 12
14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: 15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;

"Bitterness (4088) (pikría from pikrós from pik- = to cut, prick) originally meant pointed or sharp, e.g., of arrows then more generally of what is “sharp” or “penetrating” to the senses, a bitter, pungent taste or smell and then what is “painful” to the feelings.

Pikria was used literally to describe plants that produced inedible or poisonous fruit. Greeks defined this word as long-standing resentment, as the spirit which refuses to be reconciled. So many of us have a way of nursing our wrath to keep it warm, of brooding over the insults and the injuries which we have received.

In the New Testament pikria is used in a metaphorical sense to describe animosity, resentfulness, harshness or an openly-expressed emotional hostility against an enemy. Pikria defines a settled hostility that poisons the whole inner man. Somebody does something we do not like, so we harbor ill will against him. Bitterness leads to wrath, which is the explosion on the outside of the feelings on the inside" extract from Sermon Index.Net

Paul is saying we are to search ourselves carefully for any root of resentfulness, anger, unforgiveness or annoynance against others. He is saying these thing are like poison that infects our bodies and souls, causing us to become defiled and corrupted, and also to become poisonous to others. As much as we are upset ot hurt about what others have done, it is simply not worth holding on to these feelings because it will damage us. This morning as I read this, I asked the Holy Spirit to search me and reveal any of these roots that may be in me. Sometimes it's there and we are not even aware, but if we consciously seek the Lord, He will reveal even hidden roots that are poisoning us and hindering our growth and our blessings. I encourage you to seek the Lord today, and ask him to reveal to you any root of bitterness, and to help you to forgive, uproot and let go of these bitter emotions. This is how we make room for the goodness of God to flood our lives❤️

Be blessed!

HEBREWS 12:14-15
"Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled"

This patch of lawn grass you see here has a story. I planted it over a year ago, but it always struggles because my dogs are always digging and trampling in this area. Coupled with the lack of rain, the area stayed bare of grass for a while. With the few days of rainfall we got recently... lo and behold the grass sprouted up again. Why? Because the ROOTS were still alive under the soil.

This verse of Hebrews tells us that we must be vigilant and mindful to address and remove the roots of bitterness that may spring up and cause us and those around us to become defiled. Roots of unforgiveness, anger, the hurt we experienced in the past, church hurt roots of hurt from rejection, trauma from childhood, trauma from abuse.... if we deal with the surface and forget the root, it WILL spring up as soon as it gets triggered by life events, just like the rain triggered the regrowth of the grass. My brothers and sisters, look INWARD and DEAL WITH THE ROOTS. Go to the Lord, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the roots and to HEAL you from it. Unless we deal with the roots of problems, they will keep cropping back up and cause hurt, not only to you but those around you. Because hurt people hurt people. Become intentional about digging out these roots.

Be blessed
