For the next 21 days I will be doing a fitness challenge, working out every single day at 5:30am London Time. I will be doing it LIVE on Youtube on some (maybe all) days.

I know how hard it can be to get into exercise mode all by yourself so I would love for you to join me. We will be following along with ‪@growwithjo‬ videos together, in real time, so we will be able to egg each other on.

As a mum of five, life is busy, and taking care of myself has often come last on the list. But that changes today!
