I am seriously curbing my spending for 2025.

I love smoothies and I am now into iced coffee, but I can't keep buying these in the street because I need to get my finances in order.

So, what I am going to do now is simply make my smoothies and iced coffees at home. It will save me soooo much money.


For this smoothie I am using:
-1 banana
-1/2 cup strawberries
-1/4 cup pineapple
-water
-cinnamon
-1 tps of honey

ONLY communicate with your landlord or apartment management company via email, and ALWAYS document and take pictures. I didn't give a 30-day notice that I was vacating my apartment, but my previous management company is still mailing me my security deposit - minus fees.

Why? Because I attached photos that supported my reasoning for moving out abruptly.

Side note: I was on a month-month lease term after completing my 1 year lease. Still, always correspond by email and keep good documentation if you ever need to break your lease due to your unit being uninhabitable.

Hated the place the 1st week I moved in.
