I'm just getting home from a 3 day market at Ithaca Apple Harvest Fest! We spent the weekend away from the studio to have all the apple (and crafting) fun in Ithaca, NY. So, I'll be a couple of days late with this week's video.

GOOD NEWS: I captured the whole weekend on film. I have SO many thoughts on this 3 day event and can't wait to share! 🍂

Happy Sunday!! It was a VERY busy week in the studio. From quilting to market prep and preparing the studio for a bit of construction, this week's video edit is a bit behind schedule. I should have it ready after the studio construction is complete in a couple of days!

Good news! 🎉 I was able to snap a quick pic of my new logo table runner at yesterday's market! While it needs a little ironing (😝), I absolutely love how it looks in my booth!

Sunday Update: No Sunday video this week. I've been staring at my computer screen for an hour, and I just don't have the energy to finish the edit today. Honestly friends, life has been busy in the best kind of way!

A sudden wave of longarm quilting commissions (thank you, July quilt surge!), finishing my newest Skillshare class on embroidered lettering (customizable sweatshirts — so fun!), and a sweet summer wedding last night means I ran out of editing time for this week’s video.

I did film a cozy/stormy market vlog that I can’t wait to share. It just needs a little more editing love before I hit upload. You’ll see it later this week! 🌧️

✨ The 2025 Temperature Stitch Along has begun! ✨

Our first stitches for January are in! This year, I’m tracking the high daily temperature with a colorful tree embroidery design, and I love how it’s already taking shape.

In this month’s update, I added dashes to represent January's temperatures into the tree canopy using four colors—lavender, light blue, dark blue, and green. PLUS, I added a coordinating multicolored leaf using a fishbone stitch. Should I add French knots to track the low temperatures, too? 🤔 Let me know in the comments!
