A mindset matters more than Talent.
People often say, "Be talented like them!" But here's the truth: a healthy brain and Einstein's brain look almost the same. Talent isn't magic, it's not the ultimate key to success.
Talent may open the door, but mindset keeps you inside.
Dashrath Manjhi, a simple laborer, carved a path through a mountain-not because of talent, but because of unstoppable mindset. History is full of such examples: Einstein, Amitabh Bachchan, and countless others who thrived because they believed, learned, and persisted.
Mindset matters because:
Growth mindset = You learn, adapt, take risks, and improve.
