⛔️ HUGE NEWS in MotoGP today: Michelin's big fix for 2025 has been DELAYED: www.the-race.com/motogp/motogp-big-change-delayed-…
The new front tyre, which was tested by riders recently at Misano, is designed to alleviate the issues plaguing the championship with tyre pressure penalties, which impacts the amount of action on track. But it will now not be ready for 2025 and instead will be delayed by at least a season.
The Race's Simon Patterson has called this "terrible news for MotoGP", as it means we'll have another year of the quality of racing being impacted by everyone having to manage their tyre pressures to avoid picking up post-race penalties for running illegally low pressures.

The world champion still thinks the incident was Marquez's fault, but he has taken multiple opportunities on arrival at Misano to apologise for accusing Marquez of causing the incident intentionally.
