In the past, according to the break time poll, 10 seconds of rest (preparation) time was the most. How many seconds of exercise do you want in the 10 second break?

- I like it because it is short at 30 seconds and the various movements are not boring.
-I think 1 minute is too long and 40-50 seconds is appropriate.
- 1 minute is hard, but the overall exercise time is short and intense, and the effect is clear, so 1 minute is good. If you leave your valuable comments in the comments, i will all greatly appreciate it :)
