Everyone, please vote for your preferred exercise time :) The exercise time varies depending on the movement, such as stretching, strength training, and tool use, but I think there is a general preference for exercise time, so I will actively reflect your opinions and create a video :) In the past, according to the break time poll, 10 seconds of rest (preparation) time was the most. How many seconds of exercise do you want in the 10 second break?
- I like it because it is short at 30 seconds and the various movements are not boring. -I think 1 minute is too long and 40-50 seconds is appropriate. - 1 minute is hard, but the overall exercise time is short and intense, and the effect is clear, so 1 minute is good.
