Heads-Up (Vacation~)
Yo~!! So, just a heads up, for the first time in nearly 12 years, I will be going on a Vacation - Like, an actual one, where I don't have access to my computer, and I don't plan on checking things through my phone either ~ So, for the next 10 days or so I'll be AFK. It's kinda funny, because I'm actually not burnt out or anything, I have SOOO many videos that I'm ready to work on right now, but I'm forcing myself to take a break and spend time with family and friends since I can't remember the last time I pried myself away from work to do so lol -

When I get back, I have A LOT of plans for changing things up on the Channel, we'll be doing a lot more in the animation direction, but we'll talk more about that when I return. In the meanwhile, thank you so much being here everyone, and I hope each and every one of you has an absolutely Fantastic rest of your day, and I'll see ya around~ :)

YouTube's Customer Service is somehow getting worse - (Warning WALL OF TEXT)
So, YouTube created these new types of Playlists called "Courses". So, I thought "cool I'll turn some of my playlists to courses". I try them out and I notice that every time I add a new playlist, it "replaces" the last one I made And, after wasting a few hours trying to recreate the courses that got replaced, I hop on a chat with YouTube support, and it basically goes something like this:

Me: Hello, everytime I make a new course, it replaces the old one, can you help fix that?
YT: Ahh, have you tried refreshing the page?
Me: Yes, it's been happening for 3 months now ~
YT: Oh that's unfortunate, can you please send us a video recording as proof?
Me: *(Records video, tries to attach it to the chat, finds YT doesn't allow videos in the chat) I would, but the chat doesn't allow me to send videos.
YT: Oh yeah that's right, don't worry, please send me a screenshot.
Me: *Sends screenshot
YT: This is very unusual, I will need you to send me a video recording in order to escalate the case.
Me: Didn't we just establish that I literally cannot send you videos in the chat?
YT: Oh right, we did ~ All of our specialists are busy, we will send you an email following up this case in 24 hours

72 hours later:
YT: Hello this is the specialist, and the system is working perfectly, if your courses aren't showing up, it's because one of the videos in your playlists doesn't meet our criteria.
Me: Can you please tell me which one of my videos is not meeting your criteria?
YT: No, you just need to make sure the videos adhere to our guidelines.
Me: I haven't received any warnings for any of the videos in the playlists, so they should all be according to your guidelines.
YT: Maybe you should read our guidelines
Me: ...

I just ended the email chain right there - I do not have the time to go on a wild goose chase to create what is essentially a "glorified playlist" - I wanted to use the new course feature, but it's literally broken for me, and YT seems to be unable to fix the issue.

So, for anyone that needs it, here is the "Blender Modeling Playlist" I was gonna try and use to create a course:

Maybe if they fix it, I'll try again, but I've wasted enough hours of my life trying to have a productive conversation that goes absolutely nowhere, so we are moving on, but here it is for anyone who would like to learn Blender for free ~

So, heads up everyone, Cascadeur Devs have rolled out a feature we have been asking for years, and they want to show us how it works on Sunday 11am Eastern~ We will also be covering two handed weapon setups for things like Rifles, Pistols, and maybe Sword type things as well, so if you've ever wondered how to animate or set those kind of things up, you will have the chance to ask anything in the chat-!!
