PSA: Please be on the lookout for cheaters impersonating me in-game, as I've been made aware by friendly acquaintances that either a group or a single person with multiple accounts is playing on EU servers with names either mocking or pretending to be me whilst aimbotting and rage hacking.

Please, if you spot any of these accounts, or are inclined to go out your way and do so, do report them either in-game or through the EA app - report them for cheating which is the most surefire way to get them banned.

Through my time in 2042 I've come to the sad realization that the Battlefield community is not only extremely toxic at many levels, which in itself is not that big of a deal, but it is also worryingly filled to the brim with legitimately mentally ill, schizophrenic and deranged people with extreme anti-social and psychotic tendencies.

At a personal level I feel bad for those sorts of people, because they fundamentally hurt themselves more than anyone else, but they are also dangerous and borderline evil, thus should be dealt with accordingly - I am a virtual nobody who uploads decent, if not completely harmless, BF gameplay videos, yet individuals such as these, so narcissistic they are, so fragile their egos, dedicate their otherwise free time and money (cheats and new accounts come with hefty prices) to feeble and impotent endeavours; cheating, harassment, stalking, all worthless net negative wastes of time that reveal above all a worrying and destructive lack of self respect.

I pray that all those who find themselves in this behavioural pit manage to one day reframe their minds and free themselves from their self imposed suffering.

Well that's a wrap folks, Battlefield 2042's live support is officially cancelled, meaning Season 7 is the last content drop we'll get until the mysterious BF6/7 or whatever it'll be called is finally revealed and released.

Was 2042 a good Battlefield game? No, it was a completely discombobulated and poorly executed pathetic excuse of a game that will forever tarnish this already troubled franchise.

Terrible game design, terrible maps, terrible performance, underwhelming technology - the game looks worse than BF1 and V did, has less impressive destruction than both - there really is no area where the game innately succeeded.

2042 destroyed many fundamental core features of Battlefield and had to spend more than a whole year of its post launch development chasing its own tail just to get pivotal features like the classic classes back in the game.

The one aspect of 2042 I admittedly did appreciate was 128 conquest as a concept, but it has become so synonymous with 2042's overall failure that I think extended player counts will never be seen again in Battlefield.

But every day is a new day, and one should never dwell on negativity - I for one have enjoyed making the best of it, and have especially enjoyed the experience of uploading these modest gameplays to YouTube - I have also met awesome people through both the game and YT.

Thanks to everyone who has subscribed, I'll be sure to keep chill flying for the foreseeable future.
