Well, that’s a wrap for the 2025-2026 school year!
Changes ahead!!
Rhett ended his year with AR King, Super Reader, IReady Superstar for exceeding his reading benchmark and math benchmark. He also scored the highest on the IReady Reading assessment in the whole class. He’s ready to take on 2nd grade at Verbena!
Chance had a good year. To know Chance is to know his love for sports, not really academics 😅. We made some decisions for him that is going to help improve on both those fronts. Little did we know when last football season ended, that his little league ‘career’ was over. The thing he’s most looking forward to is moving back to Clanton to attend middle school and play football. The structure and expectations are what drove this decision. We may have missed out on baseball try outs but there’s always next year! He’s excited for what’s to come.
McKenzie took her senior seat today. We are so proud of her working hard on academics and she plans to graduate this upcoming December, a semester early.
I’m proud of her.
