Passionate Wings is a non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City, Utah, founded in 2018 by Martha Garcia, with Jeanie Wood as Co-Founder. Inspired by the powerful story of Martha’s mother, Julie Ann—who endured sexual, physical, emotional, mental, and verbal abuse—Passionate Wings was created to turn pain into purpose.

Julie Ann’s strength and survival became the heartbeat of our mission. Today, we serve 30–50 women each month from our dedicated building, providing support, information, and essential items such as clothing, shoes, purses, toiletries, makeup, and hygiene products—items a woman needs to begin rebuilding her life with confidence.

Our YouTube channel shares stories of survival, resources, education, and the inspiring journeys of women who’ve found their wings. Through every video, we aim to restore dignity, build awareness, and bring hope to those in need.
