Our CFM systems in place has helped us at CARE AID to understanding stakeholders demands, discovering what has worked well. This initiative ensures prompt follow-up and enhances service alignment with the community's needs. 📝🏠

Findings from the CFM shows huge gaps of Non-Food Items (NFIs), wash, site improvements, shelter and livelihood.

At CARE AID, We are dedicated to addressing these concerns swiftly and effectively through direct support and advocacy to improve the quality of life of our beneficiaries.

We are delighted as CARE AID Staff participated in a five-day Leadership and Strategy Development Capacity-Building organized by Street Child of Nigeria, (SCoN).
Key Learning 🧠 Highlights included:
- Understanding Strategy & the Strategy Journey 📈
- Strategy Management Processes and Formulation Steps 📝🛠️
- Various Analysis: Donor Mapping, PESTLE, Beneficiary, SWOT, and Competitors analysis 🔍
- Utilizing the Strategy Explorer Tool 🧩
This comprehensive training has greatly enhanced our leadership and strategic thinking and we look forward to applying these valuable insights to advance our mission and drive meaningful impact! 🌟💼
