Aztec Records is a Record Label and creative hub from London, UK showcasing the best artists in Retrowave, Synthwave and Synthpop music.
These are genres that are heavily influenced by the nostalgic synth sounds of the 80s, but sometimes with a current sound added to the mix. The visuals and graphics often take that decade for inspiration, and transport you to one of the best decades in music history. It's an homage to our favourite 80's artists, but keeping the sound current and relevant.
We began our journey in 2010 and we quickly became a household name for some of the best Retrowave, Synthwave and Synthpop artists in the world. We discovered and launched the careers of world-class acts like NINA, LAU, Sunglasses Kid, The Lightning Kids, Kidburn, Space Tourist, Bunny X, Natalie Gray, Tommy Countach, Kidburn to name just a few.
