Unconscious fear is running your life and you probably don't even know it!
You might think you're just lazy, unmotivated or that you always 'procrastinate'. Is this just who you are?
No, it's not who you are!
When you have unconscious fear, it means you can't see it. Therefore, it is hidden from perception but also controlling you behind behaviors such as self-sabotage, laziness or procrastinating etc.
If you have alot of unconscious fear, you'll struggle to change anything about your life.
It's important that you spend the time to uncover these fears, sit with them to process and release them šš½
Before you can be strong, you must see where you are weak.
The problem is you hide from your deepest flaws. You mask them. Your ego doesn't want to see these weakness because that's what your ego is built upon - weakness.
Your weaknesses will always run you, unless you're able to expose them at their roots. You can't just 'reprogram' over them, you must see how they function in you.
When your deepest weaknesses are exposed to the light of your consciousness, they will begin to dissolve.
Stop using self-criticism to motivate yourself! This basic idea that you have to hate your life in order to be motivated enough to want to change it is a low energy motivation, and i fell into this trap for years. Its time you dropped this hustle and grind attitude towards your life.
This is what gets pushed alot via popular self-improvement channels, and I understand why it appeals. I can see its value in helping people get moving to begin with, as it's better than doing nothing. But I also believe this form of motivation appeals to many because it resonates with our already instilled negative self-critical programming. But it's not sustainable. Do you have to beat yourself up every time you desire to do something positive? It sounds like insanity to me.
Instead, I ask you to develop a healthier relationship with yourself. Which is based on self-respect and self-worth. True, long-lasting and sustainable motivation will only ever come from self-respect and self-worth. You might think, "But if I am content with myself, then I won't be motivated to change or improve my life." This is a falsehood. It's your ego talking!
If you truly felt worthy, you would do whatever it takes to make yourself happy, and you might even enjoy the journey a whole lot more šÆš„šÆ
This is what awakening really looks like š - Going deep within, facing the layers of darkness and fears you have carried for so long. - Overcoming them one by one and releasing them all. - The veil is dissolving. - The truth is becoming more evident. - It's the same for all. Do you have the courage to face your darkest fears? - To be unlimited you must breakthrough through all your limitations šš½šš½
