I saw a post from a fellow YouTuber regarding suggestions on where to carry out a channel audit, trust me , I headed towards the site. I mean who would not like to see how their channel is doing. I mean, all these hard work, where are we at gangan. The audit revealed that we were at a 70%, which is not bad. Going by my University’s scoring point system of that year, that’s a 7 point😃, but of course, it can be better.

This led me to exploring what could be done to get better. Being searchable was one of the top options. Apparently, Yours truly has been putting in all the hardwork and passion without the work getting to the right audience 😭. SEO score of most of my videos were not even up to 20🥹.

We cannot be crying of spilt milk you know, we gats pick up the pieces, re-strategise and mooooovvveeee. I started practicing on how to make myself more searchable and guys I’m very excited and impressed at how much I’ve improved on putting the right words in the right places😀. The way that 50/50 is doing me Tin rin rin tan ran ran ehn🤩, you cannot understand 😂

The above is what it is for me, I don’t know what it is for you. But whatever it is, see this post as that gentle reminder and nudge that you can always grow. You can always work on yourself to be a better person and to be better at what you do.

While the performance aspect of the SEO score is not yet performing , I’m confident that we are taking steps towards the right direction and in a matter of time, the desired results will spring forth.

Change is the only inevitable thing in life and Growth is a constant we all need to imbibe.

Hi everyone,
Guess what? I did a thing!
Ok😊, before I get all our hopes up , it’s maybe not that deep🤗

So, basically, I took up the courage to register my midwifery in the U.K. as well - I am currently registered only as a nurse. I have passed the required exams and I am this close to being a dual registrant on the register🎉🎉🎉. We’ll discuss why I chose to, the pros and cons later😁, because there are cons o…lol

This is actually a big win for me, because I nearly didn’t make the move as it was daunting laying hold of materials to practice with, unlike for the adult nursing where materials were everywhere and it was literally like we were spoon-fed. This time around was a bit different, it was self-directed learning +++ + being a full-time mum and a full-time every other thing that I am. You literally have to motivate yourself and omooooo, owó ò gbodò jóná o😁 (it literally means money must not waste o).

I’m so glad I eventually pulled through and the way God’s hand was evident ehn, it was obvious to the blind. I think that in itself was the biggest miracle for me. It’s great to be reminded again and again, that I have a Father who never stops taking care of me😍.

I mentioned earlier that sourcing materials wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be at the point in time I started the process, I got to the middle of the river and realised that there was no turning back. I told myself when I was practicing that I would try my best possible to add to the few preparation materials on YouTube for the benefit of any other persons who might be needing them. In line of that, I’d doing a series of videos for Midwifery OSCE in the U.K., it might be a bit of a deviation from what you subscribed for in the meantime. But here I am tendering my sincere apologies and pleading your indulgence. I’d be glad if you could point the videos to any of your friends and family who could benefit from them. Thank you in advance.

It was my birthday yesterday and at the start of the day I was almost getting into the web of,
“it’s like every other day”
“you haven’t even acknowledged that your birthday was approaching as you normally do, so what’s the point”
“What’s even there to be grateful for, this hasn’t happened yet, you are still trusting God for that”
Why don’t you just spend the day thinking about those things - like my thinking would change a thing.

The Bible advises not to neglect the fellowship of brethren (Hebrews 10:25) Iron sharpeneth iron (Proverbs 27:17) - other irons were instrumental to making me snap out of that , one said “it could have been worse”. Another said, “you will only be this age once”. And to be honest, only one day out of the 366 days in this year is my birthday. So I might as well make something beautiful out of the day. There won’t be a tomorrow in 2024 that will be Omobeejay’s birthday.

So many stories in between, I tried to capture some, watch out for the vlog on how I spent my day today. I’m excited that the vlogger in me is returning- is God not marvellous 🤗

In conclusion, my dear followers, if there is one admonition I would like to say at this time, it will be Never do life in isolation. Never do life alone. We all need one another to lean on. Sometimes we are strong and other times, others are strong for us. Have that community of friends that can intercede for you, that can re-ignite you, that can hype you to keep going.
In all thy wokeness, don’t neglect friendships. Don’t neglect relationships. Don’t let go of the gift of people. My local dialect would say, “Tí èèyàn bá tán, èèyàn náà ló maa șékù” - When people leave, na people go still remain.

Ènìyàn laso tí mo fi ń bora (People are the reason you don’t go naked).

Of a truth, I ended up having a beautiful day because of the gift of people around me, even when I had no plans for birthday paparazzi. Left to me, I was on the path of making it just like every other day. But y’all were like ✋stop there, clear road, a queen was born today and we have to act accordingly 😀. Thank you all for the warm words, the kind wishes, the prayers and everything in between. Thank you for re-igniting the sense of purpose again and of belonging and reminding me that I’m not doing life alone. Thanks for being my “Aso” - Eniyan laso mi. I am very grateful. Of a truth, I had a beautiful birth anniversary because you all made it so. Ese gaaaannnnn ni. May things of celebration never cease in our lives in Jesus name. I love y’all plenty. God bless you.

It’s the first time in a couple of years that I really really enjoyed my birthday anniversary. I don’t want to imagine how I would have missed out on such joy because I wanted to dwell on something that my dwelling would even have no impact on. It haf well. God please help us to enjoy life in Jesus name.

It’s a new month and the new month is my birth month💃🏾. I am super duper grateful for the privilege to witness it.

I used to be very big on my birth anniversaries - I literally have a gratitude countdown from 28 days ish up until the day, but with adulthood doing its thing, it’s not been so much of a reality.

In spite and despite, I am grateful. I am thankful for last year until now. I’m thankful for the little feats, I’m thankful for provision , I am thankful for preservation, I am thankful for His faithfulness.

I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels like 2024 is flying , how can it be the 3rd month already? I don’t even know what’s up with me yet. I am still trusting and hoping and trying to figure everything out. The economy is not even helping. How long more do I have to endure this? When is all these going to end? and whatever questions it is you have on your mind.

I have a good news for us, God is not done yet. He is working things out. March will be favourable. March will be beautiful. March will be that remarkable month. Don’t give up ! Don’t lose heart! All will be well. It’s all going to end in great praise. Hang in there🫂

I have been meaning to lock my hair for a while, a couple of things were drawbacks e.g finding someone who could do it in my environ and of course at a pretty affordable rate.

I eventually found one that ticked the boxes and I went for it. It’s only a couple of days in but let me not even lie, I am loving it🥰😍🤩. I’ve also had nice compliments here and there too😇, which is giving😉

Does anyone have any experience I can borrow from with respect to locs and especially microlocs?
I’d actually be very delighted to read from you, so yes I’d be in the comment section.

I can’t be the only one noticing that February is going really fast. It’s hard to believe we are approaching the middle of the month already.

Recently, I was reading something about what happens when people die in their sleep. The writer mentioned how it could be two things.
1. The body just gets tired of doing what it does to sustain life. This can be common in the older population and they say it can be peaceful.
2. A cardiac arrest - the heart just stops beating for some reason. They say this can be painful.

The focus of my write-up isn’t even what really happens; it’s the fact that it is worth acknowledging God who keeps it all together that every organ of my body is still actively working to keep me alive.

I’m grateful for the gift of life.
I’m thankful for breath in my lungs.
I’m thankful for the miracle of sleeping and waking up.
I am thankful for good health.

In spite of the busyness of life, take a moment to reflect on what you are thankful for at this particular point in time.
There’s always something. Look within and let gratitude well up within you.

As a child I used to worry a lot. I can like to overthink things and almost plan the entire process if I could. Needless to say that this is overwhelming because we haven’t been created for that.

My turning point was the revelation of Philippians 4:6-7
”Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.“
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The tendency to overthink still comes, but the understanding that I should not be anxious about anything, I should pray, thank God and present my requests to God is the ever-efficient antidote.

Hi viewers,

How is your side especially as the longest month of every year is finally finally coming to an end?
Are you one of those that think January is free trial and the original 2024 is now starting 😂
Or have you hit the ground running?
What category do you belong to?

For me, January has been pretty much a defining month for me. In as little as 1 month, I am learning life lessons and the reality of self-care has never dawned on me as much as it has in these past weeks. Money-wise, Kashamaadupe God’s sustenance, it wasn’t by what the account balance was saying.

Whatever category do you belong to, do not be pressured, the year is still young, maximize it. When you think of 2024, what do you want to say about it? That very thing, Commit it into the hands of God and trust Him to help you accomplish it.

And above all, look after yourself. This 2024, no gree for anybody when it comes to self-care o. Look after you. Only you can do that for you. And future you will thank you for that.
