Due to a MASSIVE improvement to my internet speed yesterday, we'll be moving from one video per day to two videos per day as of the 21st of August! We will be starting two new LP's on that day, both on the PS5 :)

I'm getting what should be a serious upgrade to internet on the 18th, so I'm going to hold off on uploading anything new until then and test it when it happens. Also, I started recording my first ever PS4 LP yesterday!

Having some serious issues with upload times - I don't think they've ever been this bad before! Up to 12-15 hours for a 40 minute video! 8-9 for a 20 minute what is going on??

I'm going to be forced to reduce the video quality of my videos to try to lessen the file sizes and reduce upload times. My current upload speed is 0.31 Mbps... yikes.

I recorded an entire new LP (Ace Combat Assault Horizon) and forgot to lower the in-game volume... so you can barely hear me for the entire LP :'(

What a rookie mistake!! Turns out every day is a learning day lol. Will still upload the LP as it is, and this has been a harsh lesson lmao

I'm ngl lie to you guys - I don't know what to record now. Nothing in particular is attracting me and jumping out that I want to play it, despite having a list longer than the length of my body to go through.

I think the fear/anxiety of TRYING to record something in HD quality like a PS3/4 or Xbox 360/One game (of which there are so many I want to do) and it completely just failing on a technical level is making me procrastinate. Y'know that way when you put off doing something because it seems incredibly daunting in your mind.

I think I just set too high standards for myself and criticize myself harshly when I can't meet those imagined standards, and the anxiety of that upcoming inward criticism is putting me at a standstill right now.

So much I want to do, and all I can hear from within myself is that I'm not good enough to do it, and never will be.

Anyways, this is just an update post for you guys and a kind of semi vent post as well. I'm okay - just struggling to jump over the hurdles to reach the goals I want to reach for you guys!

Trying to finally breach the barrier into recording PS3/Xbox 360 games for you guys!

PS3 has proven possible on SD, more difficult on HD due to HDCP protection. Trying to find a workaround currently. Xbox 360 should be possible on both SD and HD - but need a replacement power source as mines is busted. Not sure if I'll encounter the same HDCP issues on the 360 as well.

But yeah I'm trying to finally breach this barrier and open up potential LP's such as Assassin's Creed, BioShock, Mass Effect, Dragon Age and so more. Recording PC games is difficult for me but I'm trying to break some barriers down and get out of my comfort zone.

Hey everyone!

I have two more Legacy of Kain videos going up over the next two days then videos might become slightly up and down due to me resuming my college course as I study to be a counsellor, while working in retail. This means I'll only have one day a week to myself so my schedule is going to be BUSY. I'll try my best to make content and get it to you guys when I can, but unfortunately the channel comes fourth in terms of priorites...

1) College
2) Work
3) Making sure I'm still sane
4) Entertaining you lovely people

So please bear with me! It also doesn't help that I'm not entirely crazy about Soul Reaver, so I'm finding it hard to find the motivation to finish the LP. I really really really want to get into my NEXT planned LP however, which I think you guys might enjoy... :P
