Are you interested in learning Blender for 3D modeling or 3D animation? I'm teaching those classes! The classes are FREE for California residents!

This is an ONLINE class which means that most of the instruction is provided on Canvas in modules. I will be available to answer questions.

If you're interested in learning Blender, register for ONE of the classes! I *highly* suggest that you *do not* take the 3D modeling and 3D animation class at the same time.

SERIES OF EVENTS:

1) People have been talking about the "Gen Z stare" and multiple ways younger people's social and soft skills are lacking.

2) I posted a TikTok video wondering what the solution to this will be. While Gen X and Millennials are continuing to get Master's and PhDs, will there be "finishing schools" for Gen Z?

3) I realized that last year I created a Discord channel for black students studying animation, so I immediately asked them about their availability for a networking workshop.

4) Today, I held a session and next week, I'll host another one since the response was split on availability.

5) I forgot to take picture on Zoom because I'm a horrible Millennial. 🤣

Got to hand out more Black 100 pins!!

Went to go support Adrienne Norman today at her art show. I was able to give Floyd Norman, Adrienne, Bob Tyler, and Ezra Edmond their commemorative pins. The pins are in celebration of me reaching a milestone of interviewing 100 Black animation professionals. They have worked at Disney, Warner Brothers, done their own projects and more!
