We are the Pepi's, Phil (Filippo) and Claire from Melbourne Australia.
In 2023, we purchased a property in Italy, sight unseen. Later that year we left behind family and friends and moved to the beautiful hill top village of Cortona, where we are now renovating our Townhouse.
