hello again!!! I'm making a cool christmas present for Tomato about some of his worst Aiming moments (pretty loose on the meaning of Aim, so anything where he misses the mark including Driving also counts)
So far I got a pretty decent amount of clips, but if you guys have any recommendations or ideas especially from 1+ year ago let me know below!!
I was honestly planning on uploading it here given it didn't seem to fit the official channel but Tamto seems pretty cool with just posting his shame himself so hey, I'll think of something else for here!
hey chat! I just wanted to come out here and make a general statement about a few misconceptions I've received some criticism or insults over since the official channel released.
I am NOT in charge of uploading videos to the official channel. I don't write the titles, I dont change the description, the entirety of what I do is Editing and make the thumbnail. Tomato takes care of the rest and has been doing a great job, especially because the uploading used to stress me to no end. My editing pace has not changed, I almost always finish a video during the night of the stream so it's at least ready for the next day like used to be the case on this channel, though sometimes if we have a decent backlog of recent stuff I don't force it so quickly. The only thing that has changed is now I try a bit harder on the thumbnails which... if you don't think they're pretty thats completely fair cause I am not very good at it! Every stream except for a handfew of exceptions has had a highlight made for them in time. Tomato has plenty of good reasons to not want to flood the channel with a daily video 7/4 and I hope that noone will bother him about it either. If there are other channels uploading stuff before he has a chance to at his usual upload time, it's incredibly discouraging to put it out on our end around the same time which has caused some issues before. Other than the few harassing direct messages or poorly informed mean spirited comments, everything's going well on ol' Gnome's side so don't worry!
I'm sending this post out so at least people have more context and can hopefully inform others who are lacking said context. If you have any questions you'd like to ask me, feel free to leave them below and I'll try to respond with the best of my abilities. Thank you.
gonna be trying a more lax approach to the swear censoring for a bit see how that goes (with permission of the boss), testing the waters to see how much we can get away with before the yellow ($) so if you heard a few fricks in recent uploads just know it's all planned!
also VR Walking dead VOD still being slowly worked on, but I'm in no rush given there's a pretty hefty backlog of stuff already. thank you guys for watching always <3 I'm still reading the comments even if I can't heart them on there! (yes, even the many gnomepilled ones)
Thinking of doing a Saints & Sinners VOD edit, but tamto's streamed it 3 times. 2 Streams from 4 years ago that follow each other closely and 1 more recent one that I half covered already (but the video's pretty old, crusty, and doesnt even cover half the stream)
Which between these two options sounds better to you?
New highlight on the new channel! Pretty happy how this one turned out! Thumbnail took me way longer than I'd like to admit making despite its simplicity. (Many different iterations were made)
