INGREDIENTS FOR ROSEMARY SEARED SALMON WITH CHERRY TOMATOES

✓Salmon fillets (with skin) - 2 pieces
✓Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
✓Fresh rosemary sprigs - 3-4
✓Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
✓Garlic cloves - 2, minced
✓Salt - to taste
✓Black pepper - to taste
✓Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
✓Butter (optional) - 1 tablespoon
✓Mixed peppercorns - 1 teaspoon (optional, for garnish)

STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE

STEP 1: PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS


✓Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure the skin is dry to achieve a crispy finish.

✓Season the salmon with salt and black pepper on both sides.

✓Wash the cherry tomatoes and set them aside.

✓Mince the garlic and set it aside.

✓Prepare fresh rosemary sprigs by rinsing them gently.
