Quick update amigos!! ✌️I had to reupload the hijacker video because YouTube demonetized the first one over just 3 seconds of news footage... literal news footage that even big channels used and stayed monetized.
When a video gets demonetized, it doesn’t just mean no money — it also means YouTube buries it and stops showing it to more people.
I worked way too hard on this project — weeks of arranging everything, taking risks, staying weeks in South Africaν Hotels — and I really believe this story deserves to be seen.
I can’t just sit back and take the L!!
I’m fighting for this video to get the life it deserves!!
If you can rewatch the video, drop a LIKE, and leave a COMMENT under the video (not here 😅), it would mean the world to me!! 🙏
Also tell me where you’re watching from in the comments! 🌍 I wanna know from which countries are you watching from!!
Even letting it play in a hidden window helps a lot if you’re busy — every view counts!
PART 2 is already READY 🔥 and I’ll post it once we pass 100k views on this one!
Imagine not being able to visit your family, even though they’re just five minutes away, because the next block is ruled by a rival gang.
Or living every day in fear, knowing one wrong move could end your life—and no one will help. The police won’t come. The government won’t protect you. And Western media barely notices.
This was the daily life for many Salvadorans for decades!!
Gangs like MS-13 and Barrio 18 control neighborhoods, split families, steal people’s money, and drag kids into violent lives, turning the streets into war zones.
I remember coming here during those dark days, when I was told to hide my phone and camera because getting robbed or worse was almost a guarantee.
But now, I’m back—and I see a different El Salvador. Families are out in the streets, kids are playing soccer in the city center, and people are walking around with their phones, something unthinkable not long ago.
This transformation has been led by President Bukele and the ground work of the Fuerza Armada.
I had the rare opportunity to walk through these once-feared hoods, talk with locals, and meet Bukele’s Best man spearheading this change—Minister of Defense René Merino Monroy.
Spending 7h hours non stop walking next to him, hearing his story, and witnessing the impact firsthand was unforgettable.
He is an absolute Role Model- u have to watch the video interview!!
Massive respect to the people of El Salvador, President Bukele, and the Fuerza Armada for showing the world that with the right leadership, even the most dangerous places can find peace. 🇸🇻
If a “third world” country can accomplish all this in just three years, what’s the excuse for the U.S. and Europe?
If Western media calls this dictatorship, then it just might be the world’s coolest one.
Viva El Salvador. Viva Bukele. 🇸🇻
The Full Video is already been posted on my channel 🚀🚀🔥
**however we still need to hold all of our leaders accountable (even the great ones). U can’t follow someone blindly cause leaders are still humans and humans always change to better or worse.
Why Won’t the Media Show This Side of El Salvador?
The media often criticizes President Bukele for the harsh conditions in his prisons, but they only focus on CECOT—the one holding gang members.
Yet, El Salvador has other prisons with unique, positive approaches designed to benefit society. Why hasn’t anyone made a video in English about them? Isn’t it curious that the Western media ignores this?
Thankfully, amigos, we’ve been granted exclusive access to film inside two more of these unique prisons—an opportunity no other YouTuber has had.
Amigos!!!First off, I want to say a HUGE thank you for the incredible feedback and comments on my interview with Haiti’s most wanted man, Barbecue. 🙏 The response has been amazing, and I’m so happy to see how many of you connected with this video. I really tried my best to make it the best video possible to raise awareness about the situation in Haiti.
But, as many of you know, platforms like Instagram and Meta and even YT are limiting the reach of posts about Barbecue , and this story needs to be heard by more people. So, please amigos!!!
📲 Head over to my Twitter, retweet the post, and give me a follow so we can get more people to see this important interview.
Amigos,I need to talk about something that's really upset me.
Recently, Rebecca Khamarie Rodriguez from the Trinidad Express wrote an article criticizing my video about Laventille.
I think this article is very hypocritical, and here's why:
I’ve made four videos in Trinidad, not just one. Only one was in a hood; the other three showed the nice beaches, locals, food, and promoted tourism in Trinidad and Tobago. But the media only talks about the one in the hood.
Why?
Because controversy gets views. Their articles are full of ads, making money off the very controversy they criticize. What an irony....
About the title and thumbnail of my video, "Deep into the Caribbean’s Deadliest Hood": I didn’t make this up. The mainstream media in Trinidad called it that. As an outsider, I used their reports to understand these places. My goal was to see if it was really that bad and share the truth. Yes, I use controversial titles and thumbnails because, like the media, I know that drama sells. I hope that by using these titles, more people will click on the video. Once they do, they’ll see the many positive things that the media never talks about. In my video, I showed the hospitality, kindness, and real (good and bad) stories of the people.
Most of the comments were positive, appreciating this perspective.
But this journalist ignored all the good stuff. They found the one negative comment to highlight.
They’re making money from this situation without caring about Trinidad. If they did, they would have mentioned my positive videos too. But they only focused on the controversy.
Also, they didn’t even interview me or visit Laventille. This isn’t just unfair; it’s bad journalism.
At the end of the day, I’m not even from Trinidad. I’m not getting paid by the government to promote tourism. I’m just a random Greek guy with a camera, and I can film whatever and document the reality of the places I visit. I go there on my own, spend my own money, and risk my own life to make independent videos. I don’t force anyone to be in my videos, and I don’t have a secret agenda or responsibility to make Trinidad like me.
But what about the whole newspaper of Trinidad Express!
They’re supposed to be professionals, working to showcase the truth, inform, and help the country.
What did they do here?
They just commented negatively on my title and thumbnail of a one-hour-long video.
Don’t they have more responsibilities?
They didn’t even go to interview people in the hood, or me. They just steal and criticize others' content to make money.
Let me ask you:
Why do you think the media only highlighted the negative parts of one video and ignored the positive ones?
Are they more interested in controversy and views than really promoting Trinidad and Tobago’s beauty?
Why didn’t the journalist talk to me or visit the places I went to?
Does that seem fair and balanced to you?
I urge everyone to think critically about the media they consume.
Trinidad Express Newspaper and Khamarie Rodriguez has shown a clear bias and lack of journalistic integrity.
Surviving the World’s deadliest Cartel Route - The Darien Gap- will remain forever in my memory as nightmare that thankfully for me and Senor Calvo @baldandbankrupt had a happy end.
