Established in 1994, NTC is a pioneer adolescent health program in Uganda to provide Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) services and information, primarily targeting young people aged 10-24 years. NTC is legally registered with the NGO board as a Non-Government organization.

NTC has grown and transformed from being an adolescent health clinic through being a community-based organization to become a fully registered Non-Government Organization (NGO). NTC has worked in the field of adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (ASRHR) for 30 years, implementing youth youth-friendly responsive model of ASRHR services. Through this model, NTC has been able to influence policy, advocacy and health programming for young people in Uganda.
