From KSh 100 to a Media Dream | The Inspiring Story of Melissa TV Kenya

The story of Melissa TV Kenya, founded on 5th May 2025, is a powerful testimony of faith, sacrifice, and determination.
It began with Geoffrey Juma Wafula and Phanuel Kasaya Shikuku, who had only KSh 100 and a simple phone without internet bundles. Two months later, Brian Mogonchi Okemwa joined the mission.
Many others joined briefly but left because there were no salaries, and sometimes the founders had to sacrifice their own resources to keep broadcasts alive.
Today, the three founders continue broadcasting live, inspiring communities, and spreading the Gospel with their slogan:
“Raw News. Real. Live. Right Now.”
