WELCOME TO THE 116TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORY
Glory to the Most High God who started our week with a beautiful Sunday, a day to gather in worship with other believers across the nations of the earth. My heart goes to all who will gather at the synagogues of Satan to have their eternal damnation fortified.
Jesus described certain Churches as Assemblies of Satan. If you worship in an assembly of Satan calling it church, eternity will reveal your foolishness. Thank God many are realizing and coming out of such assemblies, because hell is hot. May the mercy of the LORD reach those precious souls for freedom. Amen and Amen.
One of the men who knew the difference between an Assembly of God’s people and an assembly of Satan, said something that God made part of the scriptures. God made it part of the scriptures because He is omniscience. He knew generations will rise that will need that word. He said:
“For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.” Psalm 84:10 NKJV
The Psalmist called the synagogues of Satan, tent of wickedness. The reason is because of the spirit of wickedness that works miracles in such places. It gives people what look like salvation so that they will not go where they can find it.
It is like saying, “I will rather be a bench warmer in a true Assembly of God’s people, than to be celebrated in an assembly of Satan or tent of robbers as the most anointed.” Our devotional text says, these tents of Robbers has an outward appearance of Zion but inwardly they are assemblies of Satan. That it is better to sit in True places of Zion as a gate keeper than to dwell among them as the head.
I THINK THE PRESENT-DAY BELIEVER NEED TO COME TO THIS REVELATION.
People who knew the difference in Bible days said these things that God canonized for us; we will be foolish not to take them to heart. Until you come out of the wrong church, you will never know what it did to your soul. The many who have been delivered will tell you that.
The reason is because, a potential warrior in an assembly of God’s people who has taken the sitting faith position in that church, maybe to be trained and prepared both for his prophetic and eternal destiny, has a much more glorious future than a celebrated warrior in an assembly of Satan or tent of robbers who is occupying specular leadership position.
A leadership position in any assembly of Satan is an elevation in time for direct descent into hell in eternity.
You may argue with this, twist it, or mutilate it, that will not change the fact that there is a final moment of truth after death. It is that moment that God would not want any of us to enter. That is the moment of truth where remorse will men nothing to God, and prayers to return to make amend cannot be answered because time for the soul to be on earth is no more. That is why the Psalmist cried saying:
“Return, O Lord, deliver me! Oh, save me for Your mercies’ sake! For in death there is no remembrance of You; In the grave who will give You thanks?” Psalm 6:4-5 NKJV
God wants to deliver everyone from deception and what will dump us into the pits of hell before we hit that final moment of truth, which is the 7th
That is the moment that tells the Muslim how wrong he has been believing what they believed about Christ and Christianity. That is the moment that tells the carnal Christians how wrong they have been calling themselves saved and sanctified while they were all along lost.
That is the moment that tells all who call a genuine man of God who is leading a reformation in our age a cultist that they were wrong, but none will have the chance to return top time to make amends.
IT IS THE WORST MOMENT OF TRUTH BECAUSE IT DOES NOT GIVE US ROOM FOR REPENTANCE.
Sadly, there is a lot of deception going on today in the only channel of salvation mankind has, which is the church. The enemy is using those who are driven by the love of money, the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, forms of ignorance and confusion to fight against truth and hinder people from coming to its knowledge.
People are being influenced to do and say things that have terrible eternal consequences without even realizing it. They push through each moment of truth, by either doubting the truth, or living in denial of it. They do not know that they are getting closer to the final moment of truth.
Who will tell this generation that is trapped in the synagogues of Satan these things? Who will tell this generation that fights it deliverers and demonize them, for the liberation they are sent by God to bring to them these things? Who will remove the blind folds they have chosen to keep firm to their eyes using their own hands?
Who will deliver them from the prophets who plaster them with untampered mortar of miracles, signs and wonders to the damnation of their souls? Who will tell them to depart from those places because it is not their rest? They keep worshiping in churches that are keeping them unsaved but churched, Sunday after Sunday, without realizing the eternal cost of the deception on their souls.
They raised them into Christians whose mouths are saved but hearts are full of carnality and fleshy things.
They keep living lives that are simply seeds seeded to please the flesh, leading to a lot of corruption that they do not even see as such. The worst harvest that will come over a Christian that leads a life that is eternal condemnation. Yes, eternal condemnation is the last harvest that will come upon such believers.
THAT IS WHY JESUS SAYS, “WHY DO YOU CALL ME LORD BUT DO NOT DO THE THINGS I SAY.”
If you worship in the wrong church, that internal spiritual life of a Christina will be nonexistent in your heart. You will just be religious and never have that life of Christ in you. Shaping every detail of your life, resulting in a Christianity that calls Jesus “LORD, LORD,” but does not do what He says.
Time has come to walk away from every synagogue of Stana or their materials. Our devotional text says this concerning the true Church:
“ Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.” Revelation 3:9NKJV
Jesus is against all synagogues of Satan as we can see here. He knows they do not stand in His counsel, and He is not among them building those who assemble there. It is dangerous to be in a church that Christ is not among them, only the so-called anointed man of God is among them.
If Christ is not in a church, building you from within, you will not be able to overcome the practice of sin. On the other hand, if He is there but you are not responsive, the same will happen. You will watch others overcoming sin and wondering. You will not walk in the same victory.
As we bring this to a close, let me state that if you are in a church that is not quickening a spiritual life within you, but creating a religious life for you, please get out of that place. That is the rumbling of Eternity to you today. You need to get out because your soul is being prepared for a pit in hell. You need a church that quickens a spiritual life within a man and makes people Christlike in power and character.
It is when that life is quickened that you will no longer sow to please the flesh. It is when that life is quickened that you will no longer live in sin, iniquity or trespass. You will begin to truly live in God, detesting sin, pursuing righteousness and presenting your body as an instrument of righteousness. Amen.

“Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, "Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.'" "Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them." Revelation 14:12-13 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 115TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORY
One major secret of strategic victory is to walk with God in patience. So, today, we will be looking at some of the things the Bible teaches about patience.
One of our visions for this devotional is to help you hear from God daily. The Bible teaches that we should hear from God daily. People who hear from Him daily, live bright lives yearly. One year will come and go, and they enter another year with much brighter lives than they had the previous year.
The best thing that can ever happen to you and I, is to hear and follow God daily. As we look at this important subject of the Christian faith, may your heart be open to the voice of the LORD, and may you find a path to follow, in Jesus precious name. Amen.
To start with, understand that the patience of the saints is a major virtue in their walk with God. It took me time to understand that if I am dealing with God, I must not be in a hurry. I had almost blown my life to pieces because of that. The scars now teach me a lot about being patient with God. They make me see the patience of the saints as a major virtue of faith.
I understood that faith is not always in a hurry. Faith has patience as a virtue. The patience of the saints is key to the victory of the saints in every sphere of spiritual warfare. It is a key to our total victory over sin, Satan and the evil and corrupt system of this world. The haste of a fool, says a wise man, is the slowest thing in the world.
If you study the Bible, you will realize that the most blessed people in the Bible are people who patiently walked with God. From Abel to Enoch, from Abraham to Jacob, from Joseph to Moses and to all who walked with God, patience was not an option but a necessity.
CONCERNING ABRAHAM, THE BIBLE SAYS;
“And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, saying, "Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you." And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. Hebrews 6:11-16 NKJV
The Bible did not say we should follow those who through scheming and beating the rules of God, succeeded in life. Sadly, their lives are the very ones that attracts the younger generation most. The Bible did not say we should follow those who through cutting of conners became rich in life, or through other diabolical ways became men of status and fortune.
The Bible did not say we should follow those who through haste and accidental life decisions became successful in life.
These men or women are not good examples for us to follow. The Bible describes some of them as cloud without rain. Delilah made money from betrayal, Judas made money from betrayal, and countless others succeeded in the short term through betrayals and other forms of vices. They should not be an example for us to follow.
Friend, the world is full of bad examples to follow. We do not lack examples of men and women who never made it in life through faith and patience with God. They made it through other means. Very rich, attractive, seductive and influential people of the fallen world, pulls the hearts of countless people through sound and sights, and soul reaching entertainments to imitate them daily.
For instance, people do not plait their own hair styles, they copy. People do not wear their own styles, they copy. People do not make their own marital decisions, they copy. People are simply not living their God given lives. They are copying the successful, influential and affluent.
THAT EXPLAINS WHY DEATH AND DESTRUCTION IS HAPPENING BY THE SECONDS, AND MANY ARE ENDING UP IN HELL.
It is who you follow that truly determines what follows you. If you follow those who are succeeding by other means apart from God’s means, especially in ministry, most times you will become their source of livelihood through the tithes and offerings you take to them to buy their success. What might follow you at the end is the prosperity of hell.
The Bible says, we should follow or imitate only those who through faith and patience became all that God created them to be. Hallelujah!!!
The Bible did not say we should follow men and women like Balaam and Jezebel, or the magicians of Pharaoh who tried to succeed by copy pasting Moses. The Bible says we should follow men and women who through faith and patience inherited the promises of God for their lives. They should be our standard of what the LORD can do with yielded vessels.
Whatever God may have promised us, it will take faith and patience to inherit it. That is the message. The text says:
“Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

The patience of the saints is simply the steadfast endurance, faithfulness, and perseverance of God’s people during seasons of divine process, trials of faith, testing of the word, persecutions that arises by new revelations that come to them from the LORD, or sever end-times trials.
It is maintaining faith in Jesus and keeping God’s commands, even in the face of the worst circumstances.
Sadly, this is not as easy as it reads. I had caved in so many times, and lost this patience, especially in my growing up days. Today I teach from those scars. It is not a good thing to do. I have grown to learn that the patience of the saints is not a passive waiting, but an active unwavering trust in God, even in the face of disappointments, or death.
Prophetically it applies to our generation and other generations to come, men and women of faith who will live during the times of the final trials before Christ return, especially those who will face the beasts, that the Bible describes as the anti-Christ.
The result of the patience of the Saints, either in time or eternity, is rest from sorrows. That is why anything we get in haste, do not result in rest from sorrows. It might give us momentary joy, peace, and abundance, but soon it disappears, because the process of time did not work on it.
It’s my prayer that God use these truths to improve your walk and talk with Him in Jesus precious name. Amen!

WELCOME TO THE 114TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORY
God is faithful! He is faithful even when we are faithless. It is His faithfulness that sees us through especially in our season of faithlessness, so we can be pulled back to the place of faithfulness to Him.
In His surpassing Love, God is full of amazing acts and graces that can get any religious mind angry at the rate He quickly forgives our sins and restores us back again. Truly, He is not willing that any should perish. The Bible says:
“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NKJV
The essence of forgiving us our sins and restoring us back again so quickly is to bring us to permanent repentance and establish us in His will. That is why those who do not understand the vision of God’s forgiveness end up destroying themselves through persistent sins, and repeated unfaithfulness.
You find many of us abusing this aspect of God’s goodness and doing repeated sinful and self-hurtful things in hope that God’s faithfulness that saw us through yesterday will see us through today. What a destructive assertion to build a walk with God on?
Ignorance of God’s ways and operational system has been man’s greatest killer. Taking His mercies for granted has been the destruction of many of us in the Christian faith, leading do a life of sowing to please the flesh over and over and reaping corruption over and over as well.
The greatest apostolic mission of end time apostles and prophets is to damage the ignorance of GOD in men and bring the church to how it started. It is to bring all who call upon the name of the LORD to the place of living lives within His will and ways, because it is wisdom to be in God’s will and foolishness not to be in God’s will.
TODAY, WE WILL BE SHARING SOME TRUTHS ON THE BLESSING OF BEING IN GOD’S WILL ALL THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES.
Sometimes it is difficult to be in God’s will daily. That is what makes the knowledge of God and repentance powerful assets of the believer. Repentance is to bring a man back to God’s will. It is through it we terminate whatever wants to terminate the life of being in God’s will.
Our lives are only beautiful, healthy, and prosperous by God’s definition when we are actively in God’s will, both in choices and daily living. The devil attack our lives through deeds that are not God’s will, deeds that are sinful, ungodly and perverse.
Being in God’s will always attract a constant supply of His grace and the Unction to function in any assignment we may have been given by the LORD.
The impact of this grace and unction most times translates into financial prosperity and spiritual freedom; manifesting as freedom from a life of sin, captivity of Satan or the paralyzing influence of the evil and corrupt systems of this world.
Satan will prefer having us in what everyone sees as divine will, but in spirit and in truth, not really God’s will for our lives. He knows, outside God’s will he can be in perfect control of a man’s life, but within it he can’t. He will attach strong pleasure and sometimes financial prosperity to things that will lure us away from God’s will and keep our lives outside it. Sadly, many times we fall to it.
The Bible says anything built on the sand of a decision, deed, set of choices or desires that are outside God’s will for our lives, will be destroyed by the floods, winds or storms of life. That is what Jesus warned us about.
We will therefore save ourselves a lot if we pay the price to live lives that are always withing God’s will and ways. The Bible also teaches that when our lives are built on the rock of decisions, deeds, choices, and desires that are in line with God’s will and ways, we survive the floods, winds, and storms of life.
It is therefore important that we build every decision we make, every deed, every choice and life desire on the rock of God’s will, and nothing else.
ANYTHING WE FOUND ON THE SAND WILL NOT STAND THE STORMS, WILL, AND FLOODS OF LIFE. IT WILL COME DOWN CRASHING ONE DAY.
Safety in time and eternity is in God’s will and ways and nothing else. Heaven is perfect harmony with God’s will and ways that is why it is full of glory. In the same way, our lives will be full of God’s glory over time, if we align perfectly with God’s will and ways in whatever we do.
The Bible teaches that the floods, storms and winds of life are not a matter of if but a matter of when.
Meaning, they are not conditional but unconditional. They come on the saved and unsaved, the spiritual and the not spiritual, the religious and the non-religious. But when they come only those whose deeds, choices, desires, and decisions are controlled by God’s will and ways will survive.
For instance, if a marriage is rooted in God’s will, and ran in God’s way, no demonic attacks on it will bring it down. But if it is rooted in the sand of humanistic ideologies, one little rumor – a false rumor will take it down. No matter how prayerful, anointed, supernatural, or aligned you are with God, the storms and winds of life will blow upon you.
But like Job, you will always come out more blessed.
They will leave you stronger than when they met you because you are running your life in God’s ways and making your choices, decisions and walking in desires that are aligned with God’s will. No storm, wind of life or flood, leaves a man whose life is in God’s will and ways flattened.
It leaves them standing, even after it seems to have flattened them.
The truth is, if your marriage, finances, faith, career, business, ministry etc. is built on the rock, the floods, storms and winds of life that come against them will leave them standing but if they are not built on the rock of divine wisdom, the same forces will flatten them down.
THE DIFFERENCE IN ALL WE GO THROUGH LIES IN WHERE OR WHAT OUR LIVES ARE FOUNDED UPON.
If our lives are found on the sand, we will never survive the hits we take from life perils and torture. Our devotional text says:
"But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall." Matthew 7:26-27 NKJV
Job went through one of the worst things a man’s life can be subjected to, but never fell because of where his heart, decisions, desires, choices, and deeds was founded. The foundation of his life kept him afloat all that the enemy did to him.
Your life and mine must be adjusted to sit strongly on the foundation of the rock of God’s will and ways, else there will be no hope for us despite our prayers. Being prayerful while living a life with choices, deeds, desires, or decision that seems religious but not controlled by God’s true will, is not the best.
Yes, it is not the best because it will render our prayers useless and never give us the good results our prayers should give us. You must understand that prayers only make our lives beautiful if our life choices, deeds, decisions and desires are controlled by God’s will and ways.
The difference between relationships, finances, businesses, faith, health, expectations, jobs, ministries, visions, plans, provisions, and whatever concerns life that is standing after the storms, floods, or winds of life, and the ones flattened, lies not just in prayer or lack of prayer. It lies in where the person’s life choices, decisions, deeds, and desires are found.
Are they found on the sand or the rock. That is the message.
No storm, flood or wind of life can throw down a church, ministry, or minister founded in God’s will. It may not touch any church found on deceit and deception and the power of Satan. Such churches are reserved by God for judgment in due time. But no such evil forces can successfully through down a marriage, family, or financial life founded in God’s will.
Being in God’s will attract a constant flow of the Holy Spirit that sustains our lives even during a storm of life. You will always find sufficient grace in any situation you find yourself in if your deeds, decisions, desires or life choices are rooted in God’s will and controlled by His ways. Amen!!

WELCOME TO THE 113TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORY
God is faithful! He is faithful even when we are faithless. It is His faithfulness that has kept all of us these days. I believe His faithfulness will keep us for the rest of the year.
This morning we are going to travel back in time to visit another well of truth dug in August 2016 on Right Relationships, that is almost 10 years ago. Our devotional text today has an underlining truth uncovered in that well. Truths from God’s eternal heart are eternal. The Holy Spirit has a way of breathing into Bible truth to make them living again.
He has a way of breathing into truths to minister to us at the point of our needs. He has a way of taking us deep into ancient truths to bring out a word in season for us. That was how He took our fathers in time past into ancient prophetic truths that gave them words in their season to deepen their walk and talk with God. I believe strongly that it’s our turn.
Bible Truths that are revealed by the breath of the Almighty are not just to educate us but to challenge us into new kinds of life that God wants us to live. They are not just to enlighten us, but to lighten our hearts with the Heavenly light that is required to deal with any darkness we may be in.
Yes, they do not just set us free but gives us what to use in setting ourselves free, because in most cases, we are the ones to set ourselves free, else we will not be free. Bible truths ignited by the Holy Spirit are sent to do just that in our lives.
It’s my prayer that you find what to use to set yourself free, and that God minister deep things to us as we draw from this well of salvation. Amen and Amen!
THE ALMOST 10-YEAR-OLD DEVOTIONAL
It’s being our season of looking at truths on having Right Relationships. It has been intense truths. The intensity reveals the heat in the throne room on this issue is destiny related. If we do not separate from the striga or strange men and women in our lives, we may be done away with.
In other words, if we do not separate from them, they will separate us from the life that God has given or pre planned for us to live.
I perceive that so many souls have just few months, or years to live the kind of life God wants them to live, except they get out of wrong relationships. God wants us out of anything that is wrong because it is delaying his program for our lives and reducing our days on the face of the earth. But this morning we will be going a step further in this discourse.
The two scriptural verses that constitute our devotional text today are rich in truth and wisdom. Jesus Himself – the creator of heaven and earth – said those words when He was physically on earth. The first verse encourages us to seek the LORD for good things (though the book of Luke will further reveal the desire to receive the Holy Ghost to be what Christ meant). It says,
“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!”
This verse tells us the importance of prayer in receiving good things from the LORD. It tells how eager God is to release into our lives whatever will help us fulfill our divine destiny in Him.
Doubtless, Right Relationships are very important to the release of our destiny. They are one of the “GOOD THINGS” that the LORD is ever ready to give to us. He knows they will help us in unlocking our destiny and taking us from the declaration to the manifestation of His word in our lives.
I SEE A KEY TO APPLY IN OUR QUEST FOR RIGHT RELATIONSHIP IN THIS SCRIPTURAL VERSE - THE PRAYER KEY.
A woman of God who is currently full of Right Relationships in ministry shared how she got there. She said there were years in her beginning days that she spent months and sleepless nights seeking the LORD for Right Relationships. She truly sought the LORD all those years and today the fruit is everywhere on the face of the earth.
She also told us what spurred her into such travailing prayers.
For years she suffered rejection from people. She will pay a lot of prices to reach them with the word, but when she finally does, they will treat her like a trash for the trash can. It continued for a while and grew very terrible when those who finally became her friends turned out to be strange and wicked men and women. That was when she realized that the enemy was at work.
You see, in the kingdom of God if you have not sown enough prayers into the prayer veils in the hands of God’s angel that stands before the golden altar in Heaven, you will not reap good things in life.
So, she went after God in prolonged and travailing prayers. She made up her mind to pray until her life was filled with Right people who will stay and help her fulfill her ministry. And God answered her, confirming the first verse of our devotional text.
But I have also come to discover that prayer alone does not bring and keep Right Relationships. Prayer or divine favor will bring the people we truly need, but prayer and favor alone will not keep them. Proper conduct or good behavior is what keeps them in our lives.

The second verse in our devotional text has the answer. It says, “Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.” What can we glean from this scripture? So much! But let us limit ourselves to this spirit of this devotional.
This scripture made it clear that “Right Relationship begins with Right conduct.” If we do to others what we wish that they do to us, it will expose the wrong relationships in our lives and attract the Right Ones to us. Like, attracts like, in the spirit.
If you do to others what you wish that they do to you, you are a Right Relationship.
If you become a Right Relationship to those who do not fall into the line of strange or wicked relationships, but are not adding anything to your life, at least at the moment, doing to them the good things you wish that they do to you, maybe when they become strong, God will take the wrong folks away from your life and give you Right Ones.
In other words, who you are will attract your kind to you. It’s as simple as that. If who you are not is attracted to you, he or she will not stay for too long. But if who you are is attracted to you, the Relationship will be long. Becoming a Right Relationship to all you relate with is therefore a major key to having Right Relationships in your life after the prayer key.
It will destroy the power of anyone functioning as Satan’s killer machine in your life. Time to be your brother’s keeper, and not your brother’s killer.
THIS MORNING, I WANT US TO CHECK OURSELVES AGAIN; ARE WE OUR BROTHER KEEPERS OR ARE OUR BROTHER KILLERS?
The Bible says woe to the world because of offenses for offenses must come, but “WOE TO THAT MAN BY WHOM THE OFFENSE COMES.” Brother keepers have the distinguished character of doing to others what they wish that others do to them.
People who touch them do not get sick, they get healed, and that can be explained in many ways.
For instance, when you touch them by getting married to them, you will stay married to them because of the bliss they will be generating into your life. You will see marriage as one of the greatest blessings from God to man.
Sadly, many cannot say so concerning who they are married to because the very people they call wife or husband are not their brother’s keepers. They do to their mate what they do not wish their mate to do to them. People are sick of life because of the men and women they touched by getting married to them.
I ask again, are people who are touching you getting sick or getting healed? Are your words ministering grace or pain to those who hear you converse?
What do you do when you are provoked? Do you become a wild animal, or you keep your cold to remain a son of God? If the answer to all these is negative (and even more), you are a wrong Relationship not a Right one!
No one who is a wrong relationship to another has the right to complain to God or anyone of anything a wrong relationship may have done in his or her life. In other words, you stand disqualified from deliverance from the spiritual siege of wrong relationships if you yourself are a wrong relationship to anyone.
A generation who will not do to others what they wish they do to them will never receive right and retain Right Relationships from the LORD. Prayers help us to receive them, but doing to them what we wish that they do to us is what retains them in our lives. That is the message of today’s devotion.
YOU CAN MAKE THIS SCRIPTURE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY;
Give to everyone who asks you, and when someone takes something that is yours, don't ask for it back. Do to others what you would want them to do to you.
If you love only the people who love you, what praise should you get? Even sinners love the people who love them. If you do good only to those who do good to you, what praise should you get? Even sinners do that!
If you lend things to people, always hoping to get something back, what praise should you get? Even sinners lend to other sinners so that they can get back the same amount!
But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without hoping to get anything back. Then you will have a great reward, and you will be children of the Most High God, because he is kind even to people who are ungrateful and full of sin.
Show mercy, just as your Father shows mercy. Luke 6:30-36 NCV

TODAY’S DEVOTION (WEDNESDAY 22nd April 2026)
“Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.” Micah 2:10 KJV
WELCOME TO THE 112TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORY
If the devil is killing a man through a pleasurable deed, a lifestyle or a relationship (the way he did to Samson, God’s warrior), praying to be free from whatever he may be doing, while still involved in the pleasurable deed, living the lifestyle or attached to the person, will not bring deliverance or safety.
It will be like lying in Delilah’s home and praying that God save you from her desire to know the secret of your strength. The only way to be saved is to walk away not to pray. We must understand when prayer is not needed but action.
When spiritual attacks come through what we do, how we live or a relationship we are attached to, praying to stop the attacks will never bring a permanent peace to our lives. Repenting from what we may be doing or how we may be living or detaching ourselves from anyone who may be a door to the attack, are the only things that will bring permanent peace.
Israel never came out of slavery until they came out of Egypt.
Egypt in that Bible story is a shadow of what we may be doing or how we may be living, or what wrong relationships we may be in. Its slavery represents what any of them can do to a Child of God.
Each one can turn you into a terrible slave to sin, Satan and the evil of this age, with no freedom to serve God and do His blessed will.
When God wants to set us free from such bondages, He will not leave us in anything we may be doing, or any way we may be living, or any relationship that is a door to our captivity. He will confront us to repent and pull us out, sometimes through terrible things in righteousness!
The devil’s threefold missions remains to kill, steal and destroy. Deeds that gives us pleasure at the detriment of our walk with God, lifestyles the flesh creates, and wrong relationships remain some of his greatest killings, stealing and destroying machines on the face of the earth.
SADLY, HE HAS BEEN EFFECTIVE IN USING ALL OF THESE SPIRITUAL WEAPONS OF WAR.
For instance, Samson’s deed with Delilah gave him pleasure. Satan would later use it to almost neutralize him. Reuben’s deed on his father’s bed gave him pleasure. But it later made him one who could be cursed. King Saul was preplanned to be king over Isreal forever, but one lifestyle he choose for himself buried that plan of God for his life.
Jonathan, his son, would have been saved from all the trouble and still fulfilled his destiny as David’s second in command. But he died with his father, the king, who was under divine judgment without fulfilling his destiny. The Devil used the weapon of wrong association to eliminate him.
The sad thing was that he knew his path in life and understood God’s plan for his life. But he never fulfilled it. He said to David,
"Don't be afraid," Jonathan said. "My father Saul will never get his hands on you. In fact, you're going to be the next king of Israel, and I'll be your highest official. Even my father knows it's true." 1 Samuel 23:17 CEV
How sad it is to know God’s plans for your life and yet not fulfill it? If Satan engage his killing machines against you, it will work if you walk in sentiments instead of the Spirit. So, let’s look at the error of Jonathan for a moment. He knew his destiny but died without fulfilling it because the devil used his attachment to his father to stop him.
God killed his father for visiting a witch and for rebelling against him. Sadly, Jonathan died with him.
Satan knew Jonathan’s father will come under the sword of divine judgment. Hence keeping Jonathan attached to the father even after the man had lost favor with God. He kept the young man in his father’s service. Sometimes people die deaths that are not theirs. They die another person’s death because sentiments will not let them detach themselves from those people.
THAT WAS THE STORY OF JONATHAN – ONE OF THE SAD STORIES IN THE BIBLE.
One may ask, should he have detached himself from his father? The answer is yes! The man Saul, had long ago ceased from being his father in the sight of GOD the day he threw a spear at him – the idea was to kill him. Before God, if you desire to kill your child, you cease being the parent of that child.
Yes, you cease from being the parent in God’s sight, the way a husband or wife ceases to be your husband or wife if he or she throws a spear of death at you. Jonathan should have ran away to the stronghold the way David did and remain there until prophecy was fulfilled. But sentiments and lack of courage would not let him.
There are so many Jonathans today in church, serving husbands that are bound to remain Satan’s killing, stealing or destroying machines. There are Jonathans in Church today serving wives, Churches and so-called men of God, and all kinds of people they are attached to – people that are bound to remain Satan’s killer machines.
There are daughters who are still attached to biological fathers or stepfathers who sleeps with them, even to the point of getting them pregnant. And they are not doing anything about it. They do not know that when a parent (direct or stepparent) defile you sexually, you come under a curse. The curse could manifest in any form.
Most times such curses cannot be broken because they are from God. You see that in the book of Leviticus.
Sadly, just as Jonathan could not fulfill his destiny because of attachment to a parental relationship that became a wrong relationship, so many in our time will not fulfill their destinies for remaining attached to relationships that have become wrong relationships.
When a good relationship becomes a wrong relationship, as a child of God you must bend your knees and pray strongly about the next step to take. If you pray reading the stories of people in scripters in your kind of situation and how God led them to handle them, you will not come under the sword of the enemy.
But if you remain senselessly attached to it like Samson was attached to Delilah and Jonathan to his father, there are no words that will describe what your life will turn into.
IF A RELATIONSHIP YOU ARE ATTACHED TO BECOMES SATAN’S DESTINY KILLING MACHINE, THE ONLY WAY OUT IS TO DETACH YOURSELF FROM IT.
