I plan on uploading some videos today, that I haven't yet captured from my DVR, and I also have some personal errands to run so todays videos will come later than billed.

I have a few days off work now so I'm going to spend a day or 2 organising my backlog better and capturing a few of the bigger series I've yet to get off the DVR. So hopefully there'll be a few more fair sized rundowns to come

Small update from me.

I mentioned a while ago that I wanted to revamp the way I did playlists on my channel and across the wider Luke2505 network. Recently, I have created a new channel called ‪@Luke2505SeriesPlaylists‬, which will be the new home for series rundown playlists. Not only will it cover series uploaded here, it will also cover series uploaded to ‪@Luke2505‬ .

For consistency's sake I will be recreating existing series rundown playlists on the new channel, however the old playlists will be unlisted to prevent link rot. New playlists will come as and when I decide to add them, however you may request for a series rundown playlist to be created. The criteria for this is as follows:

-The series must be one I have already uploaded to one of my channels. Requests for series that are not on my channels will be ignored.
-There must be at least 4 videos as part of this rundown. I may potentially go down to 3 videos for series that have particularly rare logos or endcaps, but I will not make exceptions for series that only have 2 logos/endcaps or less.

The company playlists will remain here, and some more of these might be added soon. I especially need to sort out the current Sony Pictures Entertainment playlist, which you may have noticed has not been updated in some time. The scope of this playlist is far too broad and will likely be split into several playlists with a more focused scope.

As far as organising things on Luke2505 is concerned, I'm still not sure on that, but I will update you all when I make my mind up. In the meantime, I noticed a user called ‪@benienterprises‬ has organised some of my binges (Channel, STV Player and and F1/F3000) into playlists already, so I thought I'd give them a shoutout and recommend you check those playlists out.

Blink, and next thing you know it’s May.

I really need to address the fact that in January I simply disappeared without a warning. Firstly, let me apologise for this as I really didn’t want things to end up going this way.

Unfortunately I’ve been suffering with pretty severe burnout this year, and a string of bad luck and unfortunate events in both my work and personal life have left me without much motivation to really do anything.

It’s quite upsetting as it now means I don’t have anything planned for the 10 Year Anniversary of Luke2505 on YouTube, which will be in 4 days from the publication of this post (19th May 2025). Alas, we move.

I haven’t recorded everything that’s appeared on TV in recent times but I do have a lot. The selection nowadays on linear is quite frankly getting ridiculous with the amount of repeats and sooner or later I will have to get with the times and focus on streaming/YouTube becoming my primary source of logo hunting. Bust after bust has not helped my burnout in the slightest.

I am also getting frequently more frustrated about Virgin not adding Rewind TV to their channel lineup to the point where I’m considering buying a DVR just to record Freeview (which does carry it 🙄). It’s good variety and something this channel could use to give it a kick back into gear.

I used my capture card to transfer some stuff a couple weeks back, now I have to find the motivation to upload it all.

Not even a week after the TAT logo was found, and just in the nick of time before 2024 ends, we have this absolutely fantastic find from SamBonzi and Logo Central. Jadsi managed to get us footage from the Paley Center earlier this year, I’ve been hoping ever since we can find some HQ footage which we now have!

Sorry for the lateness on the videos from me for Xmas this year, I was busy spending time with my family. Nothing overly rare this year (although the ATV logo isn't too bad), I've decided to make the theme rather Christmassy instead! I will get some of the Xmas stuff from this year uploaded if I get time to capture it, but if you're after something a bit rarer I'm throwing things back to 2 years ago when I revealed perhaps one of my rarest finds at the time.

This textless variant has been seen a few times now, but this was the first official confirmation it existed. Happy holidays everyone.
