These creatures carry a plethora of meanings, mostly for Polynesian, Hawaiian and Asian cultures, but also for Greeks and Romans. They are wise, they carry the souls of the dead to the Afterlife, protect the living and aid humans through maritime quests. Fluid as they are, the very nature of life flows in them. I turned to them, as thousands of humans before me, heeded their call, drowned with them. These songs are what they told me below the nebulous, starry sea. The debut album of Shavalyoth was released 6 years ago, succeeding the EP 'Cult of the Moon'. The band from Rhodes then released the highly successful EP 'Μαρχωσιάς' in 2003, and now their new album is in the works (which will keep us very busy soon). It was about time, then, for it to be available here for all the friends who want to dive deep into the band's inner workings and the domestic underground scene in general.
