🌱 Simple Healthy Meal Plan Tips for the Week! 🍽️

Let's kickstart our week with some nourishing meals that are as easy to make as they are delicious. Here's a weekly meal plan to keep you feeling energized and satisfied:

📅 Monday:
Start the week fresh with a colorful salad! Load up on greens, add your favorite protein (chicken, tofu, or beans), and don't forget those nutrient-packed veggies.

🍲 Tuesday:
It's taco time! Opt for whole-grain tortillas and fill them with lean ground turkey, lots of veggies, and a sprinkle of cheese. Top it off with salsa for that extra zing!

🥦 Wednesday:
Midweek, we're going green. Steam some broccoli, roast sweet potatoes, and pair them with your choice of grilled fish or a plant-based alternative. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.

🍝 Thursday:
