Atkins 20 plan, meal No. 1
Besides needing to drop some weight, I'm also trying to get out of the diabetes borderline.
Not sharing my weight but, I can share this: I need to lose 30 lbs to get within a healthy range for my age and because I'm short, it's presenting issues that have creeped up on me.
After being sick with respiratory complications from asthma and the flu last year,.I was on a lot of steroids and...here we are.

💡 I am contemplating starting just a channel for my weight loss journey, that includes health eating, shopping tips and exercise.

If you'd be interested in this, please let me know!

I will share more information ,how many lbs I'm losing as I go along, and the recipes!

Happy Holidays!
Y'all might notice that I only have a small amount of my videos public, compared to the 300+ videos I had.

I'm in the process of updating my current links and, fixing some copyright issues with music. A lot of us have talked before about capcut saying music is royalty free and YouTube approved, only to discover the hard way it is not.

I'm now only using music directly from YouTube, so as I update them my videos will be back up.

Also, I have been working on a lot of creative projects and will be putting out a video on New Year's Day!

We spend so much time trying to cover our seams, but sometimes you can make it work too.
I decided to wear my beanie with the seam in the front because I like the angle.

Added a stretchy ring with a bobby pin on the inside for an unexpected detail. You can do this with a brooch also!
