Sound Alchemy with ZEN Seraphine

Dear ones,

On this beautiful Winter Solstice, I am wishing you warmth, lightness, and comfort. May you connect with the earth’s grounding vibrations, and may you be reminded of your light, as you take time to reflect on your journey behind you and your journey ahead.

This is the longest night of the year, and a night that has long been, in indigenous cultures around the world, celebrated as the sun’s victory over darkness.

To me, it is a particularly poignant time, besides it beautiful symbology, because it is the day my great-nana transitioned a few years back. (Of course, she would pick this particular day to return to the light.) 🕯️And so, on this day, I, too, choose to dive within and seek alignment and reconnection with my eternal spirit.

This can be a potent time to remember to rest, to reflect, to ask your heart what it needs, and let yourself be held with compassion and grace.

I hope that the sounds from this week’s meditations will help to soothe your spirit and remind you that you are enough.

I encourage you to journal about your sound meditation experiences. Before embarking on your inner journey, consider, What is it that you wish to release, and what vibrations are you seeking to align with? After your journey, Reflect on any sensations, images, and inner experiences you may have felt. Let your inner spirit speak to you in its native language - the language of dreams and metaphor.

Wherever you are and however you honor this precious time of year, I am wishing you lightness, ease, and much peace along your way.

Good evening, beautiful spirits! Just wanted to let you know that I released the 1-hour version of my rainy autumn sound bath, so you can have a full hour of reset this weekend! (Or just turn your home into your place of zen, and leave it on as you unwind from your day.)

AND, guess what I brought to my sound bath at The Yoga Barre in Lakewood Ranch, FL tonight? Yes, this is a picture of me unpacking my brand new full size kora!! The sound is magical, and I’m just getting my feet wet with it. I’m going to have to layer it over my bowls for a sound bath release on this channel in a few weeks. In the meantime, enjoy the rainstorm, crystal pyramid and bowls, from this weeks’ 20-minute and 1-hour meditations.
