It's suicide prevention month and as someone who has been struggling with thoughts of wanting to d!e or disappear forever i would like to say that there have been moments where everything became too overwhelming, things kept getting worse and i found myself isolating from the people who loved and cared for me but one day, just as I was in my own mind I saw a quote "there are more people who love you and want you to be here than you think" and it broke me tbh. I have had my friends reach out to me, constantly comfort me and hear me out, they stayed with me when I thought I was lost and left behind.

I came to realise that problems are something that cannot be avoided in life but we need to break through every wall of negativity that gets formed around us and live for ourselves

TXT's music has always hit close to home to me, and their UNICEF campaign reminded me why I should stay over and over again
Watching their interviews and listening to their songs comforted me so much, i cried alot; yet again, they found me when I was lost
I even found friends that I’m going to cherish for the rest of my life because of tubas☹️

If you are silently struggling right now, please remember, Suicide is never the only option. Your story is not over, and your presence in this world is truly indispensable and you are loved by alot more people than you think 🥺

One of my friends said this to me after a huge incident happened in my life that changed alot for me (june 2026), "life is like a rollercoaster, there will be ups and there will be downs"
Let's live for ourselves and for our loved ones:(
