I'm so proud to announce that I will be carrying the Baton of Hope through Northamptonshire in September.

The Baton of Hope is carried throughout the UK to highlight mental health and suicide prevention.

I will be carrying it in support of all of the UK Armed Forces personnel like myself that struggle with their mental health problems every day, in particular PTSD.

I hope you can all join me on 20th September to mark this.

Hi guys, not sure if you're all aware but shortly I will be completing a road trip from the UK to Ukraine in an ambulance full of aid supplies.

We have 9th March as the provisional date for departure from the UK.

Logistics are being put into place as we speak.

We are currently short of our fundraising target to pay for fuel, crossing etc.

All donations however small are very welcome and will be appreciated.

I am completing the trip in memory of a friend and former Chelsea Pensioner by the name of Chris O'Connor, Chris was one of the guys that we drove from UK to Gibraltar with in aid of various Armed Forces charities.

If you have any questions then please let me know.

Hopefully I will be able to bring the ambulance to Northampton before the trip for some publicity photos.
