Emily’s story will crack something open in you. It’s not about labels — it’s about finally feeling like your life matches who you are. In this episode, she shares what it looked like to risk comfort for alignment.

While you're listening, I'd love to hear from you:

What’s harder for you?

🔘 Living out of alignment, but feeling “safe”
🔘 Making a change that might disrupt your whole life
🔘 Not sure — I’m still in the middle of it

👀 Curious how you guys think through these kinds of crossroads. Please comment your thoughts!

Emily was a 37-year-old mom of twins, married for over a decade, running her dream business. On paper, everything looked perfect. Then she met a woman, and everything unraveled. She realized she was gay.

Her story is a reminder: it’s never too late to be honest with yourself.

Have you ever surprised yourself by changing direction—at a time in life when you thought it was too late to pivot?

Emily was 37, married, and had kids when she realized she couldn’t keep living in a version of herself that wasn’t fully true. Her story is a reminder that it’s never ‘too late’ to get honest.

When have you surprised yourself by changing direction—at an age or stage when you didn’t think you would?

Would you want to know the exact day someone you love would die?

💬 Why or why not? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

This week’s episode features one of the most thought-provoking conversations we’ve had — a listener shares how her dad scheduled his “death day” through MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying) in Canada. The full conversation is raw, heartbreaking, and surprisingly healing.

In this week's episode, I talk to "Josie," an anonymous audience caller who shares one of the most difficult and thought-provoking stories we've ever had on The Real Stuff.

Have you had a chance to listen yet?

Hi YouTube fam!!! I recently recorded a podcast episode with an audience caller who mentioned that she doesn’t have any other social media platforms aside from YouTube. In other words, she has only ever followed me on YouTube.

That conversation got me thinking about how, in recent days, most of my YouTube content has exclusively been the podcast. While I am extremely proud of everything we’re putting out with the podcast, I know how many of you have been here since the early days and how much you love the vlog-style content where you get to come inside my life. Especially for this caller—I was grateful that she’s stuck around even though the platform has shifted!

I’m working my very hardest to give you more of those vlogs, even amidst the podcast! I hope you enjoy this vlog sharing all the ways I’m improving my life this week 😍❤️
