All of Kuko's music is produced and mixed in the comfort of his bedroom in Astoria, NY.



Kuko was born in Queens but raised in Edinburg, TX. His music is influenced by living as a minority among minorities in the Rio Grande Valley. His birth place of Queens also has an immense impact on his soul. Urban with southern flair as he calls it. Full circle, huh? His love for Frank Ocean, Tierra Whack, Local Natives influence his blissful harmonies and vocals. His love for Modern Baseball and The Front Bottoms influence his blunt an honest lyrics.



His vibey pop sound is sure to make your foot bounce while tears fall down your face. Don't worry, that was his intent. His first EP 'FOUR' is out now.

Kuko is Kurt's childhood nickname. His older brother used to call him Kuko when they were small children. The nickname stuck with the rest of the family. Kurt was pretty cool with it too.
