Our app developer has released an update, and hopefully the app is now working properly. Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

-If you are using Wi-Fi: please restart your router
-Restart the JDCELEARN app
-If you are experiencing a white screen issue: uninstall and reinstall the app

After doing the steps above, please open the app again and try logging in.

You may notice that new tabs—PSAD Review Lectures and MSTC Review Lectures—have been added to JDCELearn. Please be informed that these tabs are not yet part of the official membership perks. They are currently available as free additional perks included with your subscription.

Engr. De La Cruz is still in the process of developing the review lectures, and the content is not yet complete. For now, the main perks of your YouTube channel membership remain the CE Past Board Exams and Lectures.

-Restart your device to ensure the app runs smoothly.

-If issues persist, please allow up to 1–2 days for full functionality to resume, as some devices may still experience temporary disruptions. We recommend retrying the troubleshooting steps the following day if necessary.
