My own journey shapes this work. I was married 20 yrs and learned about narcissistic patterns in 2018. I made the decision to leave in order to protect our children & spent several years healing and rebuilding.

When I began dating again, I was surprised to encounter the same dynamics more than once. I truly believed I had healed and that these patterns were rare.

Over time, it became clear that love, faith, and endurance alone could not repair what was slowly breaking me. My body and my faith finally aligned and made the path forward unmistakable. I chose to leave and rebuild again.

Now I help others untangle the beliefs and patterns that keep them stuck, with compassion, clarity, and structure.
