The Abhaya Sutra is an energized thread offered to devotees as a sacred support for overcoming fear and moving towards their aspirations.

• Tied around the wrist with 3 knots
• Left wrist for women & right wrist for men
• Traditionally worn for a minimum of 40 days

🌿 After 40 days, how can it be disposed of?

3️⃣ Leave it in flowing water or a large water body
