My name is Ben. I run a used appliance store in Central Ohio. When I started learning about appliances, I had no mentors to help me because everyone in the area basically had retired. I learned everything I could from YouTube, and found out a few things were missing, so I decided to start a channel to share some things I've learn to help others fix their appliances!

Yes, you can kill a Speed Queen. This came in for service due to a destroyed bearing. It was destroyed just outside of the 5yr warranty.
Why? Customer never ran a cycle with a tub cleaner in it, ever, and kept packing it full of mud causing it to fail. Even the best goes bad without care. Make sure to run a rub wash every month- it would have prevented a multiple hundred dollar job. Good news is its fixable with a new bearing kit.
