🌱 WHAT IF YOUR “LITTLE” IS ACTUALLY TRAINING YOU FOR MORE?
Sometimes we look at what we have and think:
“It’s not enough.”
My audience is too small. I don’t have enough money. I’m not far enough along. My opportunity isn’t big enough. I should be doing better by now.
But what if small doesn’t mean insignificant?
What if this season is teaching you something you’re going to need in the next one?
🌱 A small audience can teach you consistency. 🌱 Limited resources can teach you creativity. 🌱 A small opportunity can teach you responsibility. 🌱 Waiting can teach you patience. 🌱 Starting over can teach you courage. 🌱 Mistakes can teach you wisdom.
You do not have to have everything figured out today.
Sometimes healing looks like making one good decision. Sometimes it looks like setting one boundary. Sometimes it looks like choosing not to respond. And sometimes it simply looks like getting through the day without giving up on yourself.
Give yourself permission to grow slowly.
You are not required to become the healed version of yourself overnight. 🌱
Keep choosing peace. Keep choosing yourself. Keep choosing the life you’re becoming.
One day, you’ll look back and realize the small choices you made during the hardest seasons were the choices that changed everything.
💗 Bloom. Heal. Become.
✨ TODAY’S AFFIRMATION: “I am allowed to heal at my own pace. Every small step I take is moving me forward.”
💬 What is ONE thing you’re choosing for yourself today?
I've been thinking about how easy it is to look around and decide we're behind.
Someone gets married.
Someone buys a house.
Someone gets promoted.
Someone seems to have completely rebuilt their life.
Meanwhile, maybe you're just trying to get through the day.
But there's something we often forget when we compare timelines:
We're not all rebuilding from the same things.
Maybe the progress you're making right now isn't visible.
Maybe it's learning to set boundaries.
Maybe it's rebuilding financially.
Maybe it's learning to enjoy being alone.
Maybe it's getting your confidence back.
Maybe it's simply getting through a difficult season without giving up.
I've been reminding myself:
Some seasons grow flowers. Some seasons grow roots.
We tend to celebrate the flowers because everyone can see them.
But the roots matter too.
So if you're in a season where it feels like nothing is happening:
Maybe you're not behind. Maybe you're becoming.
I'm curious:
What's something you're working on internally right now that other people probably can't see?
If self-promotion is permitted in that subreddit, add:
I made a short 3–5 minute encouragement video around this called “Feeling Behind in Life? You Need to Hear This Today” on my Bloom • Heal • Become YouTube channel.
I also have a FREE 10 Signs You're Trauma Bonded guide: https://stan.store/BloomHealBecome/p/free-pdf-10-signs-youre-trauma-bonded
Maybe your life doesn’t look the way you thought it would by now.
Maybe you’re starting over.
Maybe you’re healing from something you never expected to experience.
Maybe you’re watching other people move forward while you feel like you’re still trying to put yourself back together.
But please remember:
Healing is still progress.
Resting is still progress.
Learning to say no is progress.
Choosing peace is progress.
Walking away from what keeps hurting you is progress.
Getting through a difficult day without giving up is progress.
And starting over?
That’s progress too. 🌸
You don’t have to have your entire life figured out tonight.
Just take the next step.
Then the next.
And trust that God can do something beautiful with a life that looks unfinished.
You are not behind. You are becoming. 🦋
🙏🏾 “God, help me stop comparing my journey to everyone else’s. Give me peace about where I am, wisdom for my next step, and faith for where You’re taking me. Amen.”
💗 If you needed this reminder today, comment:
“I’M STILL BECOMING. 🌸”
And send this to a woman who needs to hear that she is not behind.
After a painful relationship, how do you separate what happened to you from who you are?
I've been thinking about how easily a painful experience can slowly become part of the way we identify ourselves.
Instead of:
“I experienced betrayal.”
It becomes:
“I'm the woman who was betrayed.”
Instead of:
“My relationship ended.”
It becomes:
“I'm the woman whose marriage failed.”
And after enough time, you can start wondering who you are outside of everything that happened.
Something I've been holding onto is:
What happened to me is part of my story. It isn't my entire identity.
Maybe healing isn't always about getting the “old me” back either.
The person I was before didn't know everything I know now.
Maybe the goal is to keep the compassion and softness while also becoming wiser, more discerning and better at protecting my boundaries.
One question I've found interesting is:
“Who am I that has absolutely nothing to do with a relationship?”
A friend.
A mother.
Creative.
Funny.
Intelligent.
Compassionate.
A person of faith.
Someone with dreams that existed before the relationship—and dreams that can exist after it.
I'm curious how others have navigated this:
If you've had to rebuild after a painful chapter, what helped you rediscover who you were outside of what happened?
If self-promotion is allowed in the subreddit, add:
I made a longer YouTube video exploring this called “Your Pain Is NOT Your Identity: How to Find Yourself Again After What Happened to You” on Bloom • Heal • Become.

👀 ARIONNE CURRY IS FINALLY ON LOVE & MARRIAGE: HUNTSVILLE…
After ALL these years of being talked about, she's finally stepping into the storyline.
But forget picking sides for a minute…
What can WOMEN learn from this story? 👀
One lesson stands out:
Stop waiting to be chosen and remember that YOU have a choice too. 🌸
Ask yourself:
What is waiting costing me?
My peace? My time? My confidence? My self-worth?
🎥 I break it ALL down in my new YouTube video:

WHAT IF FAILING ISN’T THE PROBLEM… WHAT IF YOU’RE JUST AFRAID TO TRY?
You might fail.
You might get rejected.
You might make the wrong choice.
You might even have to start all over.
But then something happens…
You LEARN.
You ADJUST.
You GET BACK UP. 🌱
Failure isn’t your identity.
It’s information.
Sometimes the fall is exactly what teaches you how strong, wise and capable you really are.
And confidence doesn’t always come before you take the scary step.
Sometimes it comes afterward when you look back and realize:
“WAIT… I HANDLED THAT.” 💗
So if fear has been keeping you from starting, remember:
You don’t need a guarantee.
You need a first step.

🌸 YOUR PAIN IS NOT YOUR IDENTITY.
What happened to you matters.
But it doesn't get to become your name.
You are not just the woman who was betrayed.
You are not just the woman who was abandoned.
You are not just the woman whose heart was broken.
You are still becoming.
Maybe you don't need the old you back.
Maybe you're meeting a wiser, stronger and more peaceful version of yourself.
