He discovered his vocation as a pianist from an early age. Initially a self-taught composer, he later studied at Oxford Brookes, building a successful career both as a performer and in the realm of television and film, where his evocative solo piano pieces provided the score to Academy Award winning films. RIOPY issued his eponymous debut album in 2018, followed by "Tree of Light" album in 2O19, and "Bliss" album in 2O21. In 2022, "Tree of Light" hit number 1 in the US Billboard Classical New Age charts. 2023 began with a top 10 in the Billboard Classical Charts for 130 weeks, a feature on Lana Del Rey’s new album “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd”, and his latest album " Thrive".
