Stepbox is a fitness program with a huge following around the world.
I've been a Stepbox presenter for many years in Asia and Europe.
Stepbox is a form of fitness that uses progressive progression to teach choreographed exercises that are constantly modified.
It's easy to follow and is a great way to burn calories :)

It may be a little unfamiliar in Korea
I will deliver traditional freestyle steps that are universal around the world through my channel.
