March 19th marked the 5 year anniversary of a mental health crisis that nearly took my life. I am alive and well today and used this past week at Disney as a way to celebrate LIFE! I use my story now as a way to show others that things will get better and to stay to see the miracle happen. Not every day is good, but it is always worth it in the end!
