- Currently 85 follow along workouts - With 4 follow along and 1 written chipper style a week. - All workouts under 20 minutes so no excuses - All programmed by me so you get the most gains - All you will need is an erg and some DB’s and you can do all of them - Bodyweight only / Erg only and Dumbbell only workouts so workouts can be done at home, in a commercial gym or at a box - Low skill but high yield workouts - Leaderboards to have some competitive fun - Store and track all your progress - Take the guess work out of coming up with workouts and do some with us!☺️

Hey legends ❤️. Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet here, been trying to find purpose and a way to give back to so many of you who’ve supported me and Jas over the years whilst feeling a little lost since the games.
I’ve found that purpose with this new project “the daily cardio”. I’m currently 6 videos edited and uploaded with 3 more recorded.
The plan with this channel with be 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) daily FOLLOW along cardio/bodybuilding / fitness workouts that are between 10-25 minutes and only need an ERG (or you can do shuttle runs if you don’t have one) and a pair of DB’s - So can be done in a commercial gym, open gym or at home with a small set up.
Once I have 30 videos ready to go, that’s 6 weeks worth of free workouts, the first video will be dropped☺️. And I’m looking for this to continue much further than that. It’ll all be free. Here’s the link to the channel if it interests you❤️
