I am the owner and pit master, Jason Blanchard, with 20 years of self taught experience for cooking for family, friends and thousands of happy and full customers.
I get asked constantly on how I do what I do and that is the goal of this channel. Allow me to show you exactly what I do and maybe learn along with me. Today we remember all those that gave everything. A thank you seems fleeting. I guess the best we can do is promise to not let your sacrifice be in vain. To not take the freedoms we have be taken for granted. To not let those who try to take those freedoms, go unpunished. Fight! Fight for what you have. Fight like your life depends on it, because it truly does. The life you get to live or the life you strive for and the freedoms you enjoy are always under attack by enemies foreign and domestic.
