…Trusting the natural flow of my life is where the gold is..
Everyone has challenges, running from your hurts/pains/discomforts doesn’t get rid of them, daddy was hurting it wasn’t you.. mommy has pain she doesn’t know how to deal with--you can’t fix or save her from life or herself. Having an amazing partner is fulfilling, but it will still leave you empty if you don’t have a grounded, authentic, + loving relationship with yourself. Nothing *outside* of you will make your life the way you deeply imagine it. Forcing your future is only going to exhaust (+ break) you. Life is a lot easier + healthier when you relax… Don’t. Play. Into. The. Projections/Expectations… You need a lot of alone time to play, process, + decompress. You need a community of people to serve, It’s a big part of your health.
