Earthy Goodness Kitchen has just flown past 15,000 subscribers! Thank you for coming along on this journey, whether you’ve just found the channel today or have been watching since my first awkwardly filmed video 😂

I created Earthy Goodness Kitchen to be a space for anyone curious about adding more plants to their plate or fully embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Here, food is about more than recipes — it’s about community, kindness, and finding moments of joy every day in the kitchen.

My hope is that Earthy Goodness Kitchen makes your journey with plant-based eating a little easier and a lot more exciting! Every recipe I share is made with love and tested to ensure that when you sit down, you’re blown away by the flavour and excited for more.

I wanted to ask if you would be interested in an E-Book to celebrate my wonderful time here on YouTube so far! It would include a roundup of my favourite recipes, the journey of creating Earthy Goodness Kitchen, perhaps some behind-the-scenes bits and bobs, and anything else I feel like adding. I may also print a few copies 😬 Of course, this book will take a while to create, but I wanted to put some feelers out 😊
