One of the things I love about what I do is the people I meet. Many are people who are tired of the big box experience, or the sterile feeling they get with many online vendors, including Amazon. Then they get to love the personal touch offered by independent dealers, who mostly started, and continue to be fellow enthusiasts. Then, some of them become friends. I visited one such person today, and was welcomed by his new dog, Batman. He clearly didn't mind me being there as we troubleshooted issues with a turntable. Once the problems were fixed, we enjoyed lunch and coffee. Ended the afternoon with hand shakes, hugs, and best wishes for the holidays. #customerservice#timewellspent
