Hey and welcome to my channel. I'm Melinda, or Mel and I'm a reactor here on YouTube as well as uploading the occasional gameplay video. I'm 35 years old and I am also Scottish, not Irish lol. I'm transgender so apologies in advance if that ticks people off but I am what I am 🎤 I'm here to build a safe and awesome community where we can have healthy debates and play games.

But yea guys no bullying or anything, save that crap for Call of Duty and Battlefield. This is a safe place FOR ALL, whether you are LGBTQIA+ or not. Have respect for each other and let's build that community and have fun.

It's finally happening, obviously we'll get an in depth look at the new Ocarina of Time Remake and possibly a teaser for the movie. I don't think they'll show much else, possibly a port of twilight and windwaker but I doubt it as all focus will be on the remake and movie and the rumored zelda switch 2. Will post as much as I can as I'll be off. Will also be streaming on Twitch and adding more content next week up until tuesday. Going to be working the rest of the week so will be going dark until my next days off.
Lots will be scheduled though... I hope lol.

Part one of my Watch Dogs playthrough coming soon to the channel. *first time playing* and yes it will be a series, I actually liked the first part, lot of cool elements and regret I never started or got this sooner... like when it was first released LOL, but yea jump into it when you get the chance to play it.

Having not played this game since the ps3 days, thought I'd stream it and just chill, no commentary. no camera, just enjoying the journey (pun intended), still a 10/10 game. We need more games like this, obviously Abzu is a close second but yea, if you've yet to discover this gem you definitely need to play it. Gorgeous from start to finish.

Bit weird that this wasn't shown at the recent direct but I am not mad. Have been saying for a while that this would be great on Switch, however it never stood a chance with the limited power so now it's coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this spring, perfect time to revisit considering we're getting the sequel scars of Kosmora soon.

Final Fantasy VII (original) has gotten a re-release on both Steam AND GOG, this time with new upgrades.
3x Speed
can now turn off battle encounters
can max out limit and regain MP and HP.
No visual enhancements.
If you have the game already on Steam you will get the update for free, however you cannot port over data from the 2013 version to the 2026 version. The older version in your library will show up as Final Fantasy VII (2013) The older version can also no longer be bought and if you don't have the game on Steam, you are looking at $12 for the 2026 version.
These enhancements are already available on the Switch version among other consoles. Will you be revisiting Clouds journey to battle Sephiroth?

So it's been announced that Playstation (Sony) has shut down Bluepoint games), the studio that made waves this generation when they remade Demons Souls, they also did the Nathan drake collection and Shadow of the Colossus. Another studio gone and the chances of another Demons Souls sequel quashed. Ubisoft also cancelled six of their upcoming games including The Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake. In my opinion, these IPS need to go to devs who actually care about making games. With this shutdown it will impact around 70+ employees.
Nightdive Studios, Saber interactive have a great track record for bringing back dead franchises. Some have said Xbox should step in and take Bluepoint games but I am hoping that they have made enough of a footprint to go Indie and do their own thing.
What do you guys think? Was Sony wrong?

WE ARE GETTING TWO LEGACY OF KAIN GAMES!!!! The remaster and Legacy of Kain: Ascendance. I am guessing this will be a metroidvania of sorts, cool if it is but I want this to be a next gen entry and want them to go BIG!, obviously not all of the voice actors would be able to return but they HAVE to bring Simon back who voiced Kain. This is exciting times for us Legacy of Kain fans.
