Doing everything "right" but nothing's changing?

You're eating salads. You're skipping dessert. You're trying so hard to be good.
But the scale won't move. Your clothes still feel tight. And you're exhausted from trying so hard with nothing to show for it.

I've been there. Twice. After both babies, I did all the things I thought I was supposed to do — and nothing worked until I figured out what was actually going on.

Here's what's probably happening:
→ You're undereating during the day (and your body's holding on to everything)
→ You're not getting nearly enough protein
→ You're doing cardio but skipping strength training
→ You're "perfect" Monday-Thursday then off the rails by the weekend
→ You're stuck in the restrict-binge-repeat cycle

Here's what to do instead:
→ Eat enough during the day so you're not starving by dinner
→ Aim for 25-30g of protein at every meal
→ Add 2-3 strength workouts a week (even 20 minutes counts)
→ Stop the "all or nothing" mindset — good enough is good enough
→ Focus on consistency, not perfection
