I used to do all the “right” things and still couldn’t lose weight.

Then I stopped doing these 3 things:

1. I stopped eating less.
I was under-eating and my metabolism was hanging on for dear life. I started eating MORE and my body finally let go of the weight.

2. I stopped doing so much cardio.
I swapped the long runs for 25-minute strength workouts. Built muscle. Burned more fat.

3. I stopped eating carbs first.
