I stopped guessing what my body “needed”and followed a plan built for my body -not trends or food rules.
I stopped guessing if I was “eating enough”and actually hit a protein targetthat supported fat loss and training.
I stopped lifting light just to sweatand started lifting heavier -pushing close to failure.
The plan didn’t change every week.
The basics stayed the same.
