This is for every mom who's ever written off an entire week because of one meal.
One pizza night. One skipped workout. One day where the wheels came off and suddenly you're back to "I'll start again Monday."
That cycle isn't a discipline problem. It's an all-or-nothing problem. And it's the thing keeping more moms stuck than any food choice ever will.
What if the goal wasn't a perfect week? What if it was just... not quitting when it gets messy?
That's what changes everything. Not perfection. Just continuing.
The Lazy Macro Method is open right now for a limited time. It was built for the Wednesday that falls apart.

This is for the mom who's scrolling right now after another long day, wondering when she's going to feel like herself again.
You're not asking for a six-pack. You're not trying to look like an influencer.
You just want your energy back. You want to get dressed in the morning without dreading the mirror. You want to stop feeling like the worst version of yourself by 3pm every day.
And you've tried. So many times. But everything out there feels like it was designed for someone with more time, more energy, and fewer people yelling "MOMMY" from the other room.
What if it didn't have to be that complicated?
The Lazy Macro Method is open right now for a limited time. It was built for the mom who wants results without blowing up her life to get them. Click the link 🔗 down below for the Lazy Macro Method👇🏼

Nobody talks about the guilt you feel when you finally try to do something for yourself as a mom. So you shrink. You stop. You wait for a better time that never comes. This is your reminder that taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s the bare minimum. Link here for 5 free protein-first breakfasts: go.wellandbalancedlife.com/5-high-protein-breakfas…

I spent years believing that being a good mom meant I came last.
Last to eat. Last to rest. Last to take care of myself. And I wore that like a badge of honor while secretly feeling like I was falling apart.
I was exhausted by noon. Irritable by 3pm. Eating whatever the kids left on their plates and calling it lunch. And every night after bedtime I'd sit on the couch thinking "I need to get it together" and then do the exact same thing the next day.
What changed wasn't a diet. It was deciding that I deserved to feel like a human being again. And it started with the simplest thing: eating enough protein to actually have energy for my life.
Not a meal plan. Not a program. Just breakfast.
I put together 5 protein-first breakfasts that take less time than packing your kid's lunch. They changed my mornings, my energy, and honestly my patience. Grab it here: go.wellandbalancedlife.com/5-high-protein-breakfas…

There’s a version of you that existed before kids.
She wasn’t better. She wasn’t more worthy. But she had something you’re quietly grieving right now.
She had space.
Space to think. Space to take care of herself without feeling guilty about it. Space to eat a meal sitting down, slowly, without someone needing something from her mid-bite.
Now your days start before you’re ready and don’t stop until everyone else is asleep. And somewhere in the middle of all that giving, you stopped being a person and started being a function.
The mom who packs the lunches.
The mom who remembers the appointments.
The mom who holds it all together while silently falling apart.
And the worst part isn’t that you’re tired.
It’s that you’ve been tired for so long you forgot what it felt like to not be.
You’re not asking for too much.
You’re just buried under everyone else’s needs.
And the version of you that still exists underneath all of that? She’s not gone. She’s just waiting for you to stop skipping yourself.

Pretty sure I’m not the only one...🙃
If you’ve ever “been so good” all dayor felt like your hunger turns into a completely different personality at night…
Just know: you’re not crazy and you’re definitely not the only one.
This is exactly why I talk so much about actually eating enough.
Because I really believe most women aren’t struggling with willpower…
They’re struggling with trying to run on empty.
Skipping meals.
Living on caffeine.
Working out under-fueled.
Then blaming themselves when hunger finally shows up loud and aggressive.
If you’re new here, I’m Rebekah.
I help busy moms lose fat without living in food guilt, extremes, or “starting over Monday.”

Motherhood exhaustion hits different.
You’re tired.
You’re touched out.
You’re running on caffeine and crumbs.
And somehow you still think:
“Why can’t I just get it together with food?”
But here’s the truth most moms never hear:
👉 Eating less doesn’t automatically mean eating enough.
If you’re crashing, snapping, and feeling feral at night…
your body isn’t broken — it’s under-fueled.

I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancies.
And losing it wasn’t about shrinking myself.
It was about feeling like me again.
The biggest shift wasn’t more discipline.
It was less chaos.
Fewer rules.
Fewer “start overs.”
More consistency.
If you feel uncomfortable in your body right now, it doesn’t mean you failed.
It probably means you’re doing too much.
I’ll show you where to start instead. This is where we keep it simple and still get killer results 💪🏻

For the longest time, I thought the answer was more effort.
More sweat. More discipline. More
“pushing through.”
But what I actually needed was direction.
Once I stopped guessing and started following a plan, my workouts finally made sense.
Progress wasn’t random anymore. I knew what I was doing and why I was doing it.
If you’re showing up consistently but still not seeing results, this might be your sign — it’s not that you’re failing… you’re just missing a plan.
Save this for the days you feel stuck 🤍

For a long time, I thought consistency meant trying harder.
Being more disciplined.
Having better willpower.
Not “messing up.”
What I didn’t realize was how much mental energy everything was taking.
Planning meals.
Figuring out workouts.
Second-guessing every choice.
Once I stopped trying to do more and made things simpler, everything felt more doable — especially on busy weeks.
If you keep telling yourself, “I’ll get back on track next week,” but nothing ever really sticks… sometimes the problem isn’t effort. It’s trying to do this alone.
If you want a week where someone else has already thought it through, you can try it free for 7 days.
