So, people. As y’all all know, these are the 3 OC cop characters that I’ve made and talked about last night for the Classic Caillou Movie series.
And here, I’m gonna be explaining their personalities, I already explained their main information, So now I gotta tell you the other corresponding facts about them each, what they like and hate and what they do for fun when they ain’t on the job… Let’s get into it…
Starting with Officer Kyler:
Kyler is the main officer of the 3 and is one of the chief’s BEST officers in my future Wrapper Offline universe. He is a father and likes of course to spend time with his family for fun, especially during the summer time. His wife whose name is Fiona, his 4 kids; Rory, Micah, Sloane and Jane and his dog whose name is Jumpy, who actually serves as a service dog and his partner for the station. He isn’t the best, and certainly isn’t perfect either, but Jumpy does a decent job at helping Kyler catch the criminals and search around for them also. Kyler also has a mom and dad (grandparents) whose names are Tatum and Mable. Not much to say about them, They’re both mostly retired from their former jobs from the past.
Next, Officer Devin. Who I’ve conveniently decided that his new nickname will be “Dev” now.
Devin Perkins, who may or may not resemble a certain OC character that I may have created before in the past… mid 2024 to be exact (this is just for a slight reference to him BTW.) is the 2nd cop in command of the group. He is also Kyler’s best friend and one of his CLOSEST friends from his early adulthood alongside that. They’ve known each other since they were 28 and 34 years old back in 2019, and since then they’ve both been working as training police officers for about 6 years now! Amazing, right? But anyway, Devin has a family also, his wife’s name is Samantha (or “Sam” for short), and the names of his children are; Joe, Anna, Diego, Billy, Scarlett, Piper and James. And he also has a dog and a cat, the dog’s name is Clay and the cat’s name is Bubba. He also happens to have a brother named; Mike who also has a family of his own, but I’ll mention that soon… Devin enjoys football from the NFL and his favorite team is the New York Giants, probably because he was born in New York. His family and extended family support that team too, they’d always have a big football party to watch the game and celebrate together, and sometimes the extended members might come over to join them too. Devin also likes to go to bars, not for any alcohol (surprisingly), but for just normal beer, he doesn’t want his wife to be upset with him for getting drunk like most fathers do sometimes. And he loves billiards (pool) and other sports like; baseball, basketball and soccer, even cricket and pickle ball! He is quite a sporty and hyper type of guy!
And last but (probably) not least… Officer Jenny…
Jenny, whose real first name is Jennifer, is a very sweet woman to almost EVERYONE, even the people who never actually attend to become convicted criminals, because she can always tell from her heart if the action was either an accident or on purpose. She is ALSO a very good and close friend of Kyler as well, just like Devin! But the only difference is that they didn’t actually meet until September of 2023, she was actually already a cop of the station at the time Kyler and Devin got hired for the first time. She was 39 at the time and has been on the job for about 12 years now, Can you believe it? TWELVE YEARS as an officer of a station! Wow! That is such a long time to work, and never mind the fact the she’s a LADY! The name of her husband is Don, and she has not one, not two, not even three… but TEN children! With 2 of them being twins who share the same room (obviously). The names of these 10 kids are; Tina, Robbie, Amy, Steward, Joshua, Violet, Jack, Aurora, Jace and Don Jr. (that’s right, Don is actually Don Sr.) There are no pets in Jenny’s family sadly… But she DOES have parents and extended family members also. (BTW, Devin also has parents too, just for the record…). She is always so very nice to her husband and kids, along with her 2 best friends; Kyler and Devin too. She loves to go to the beach with her family and relax in the sun as well, And she also loves to swim at the swimming pool as well. She likes to exercise with her workout videos, and jog too. Her hobby also includes cooking and cleaning too. She cooks all the time for her family.
And that was just about everything! I forgot to list down where each cop was born in though, so lemme just do that real quick for y’all:

Devin: New York, New York
Jenny: Orlando, Florida

Fun fact: The inspiration for the “Classic Caillou Movie” series that came to my head was this video called; “Classic Caillou’s Parents get Arrested and Executed.” Which was created by mah good bro, @tigernoirgoanimate .
At first, I thought Classic was such a brat that he NEVER deserved any love or rescuing from his parents. But that is until I watched this video he made about him getting his parents arrested, I then realized that maybe even HE actually doesn’t deserve abuse.
So that’s why I’m planning for the Classic Caillou Movie series, y’all! My inspiration was this video right here.

As you can see from this first of the character; He will be having a small red polo on his shirt as you can see from the shown pointing hand. And also as I mentioned last night he would.
And if you look at the 2nd image, he’s next to his modern twin, who also wears a polo on his shirt as well!
Both images show him as “Bald Classic Caillou” or Classic Caillou with no hair, but I’m giving my version of him hair for the convenience. 👍🏾
His age in the movie… well, BOTH their ages as they’re both twins as I’ve decided will be 12-13 years old.
But anyhow, more updates on this movie will come very soon, I’m actually writing the story lines of the first movie right now.
Fun fact, Y’all! I was thinking… when I by any chance manage to return back to YouTube (in which I have literally NO idea when, maybe in future…), I’ve actually been having a fun idea somewhere in my head to do a new kind of fan made movie.
I’ve seen people do fan made movies on YT before, and it made me wanna try it myself for some reason in which I can’t really explain.
So basically, after watching videos of it for years now, I’ve decided to do a particularly motion film series based on a Go!Animate/Vyond character named; Classic Caillou.
If you don’t already know who this character is, let me explain in segments:
1. This character was an old and original version of Caillou from the show on PBS Kids who whined a lot when he couldn’t get his way.
Like for example, the circus episode; “Caillou joins the Circus”, where he threw the BIGGEST fit over not being able to go to the circus. (REAL ANNOYING! 😒)
2. For some reason, He wore a grey colored shirt in the first 3 seasons of that show instead of the standard yellow that Caillou would normally wear in his modern years.
YK, just like how Annie’s clothes changed color in the seasons of the Little Einsteins…?
3. If you look closely at the 2nd image, you will see his information generated by Google AI.
And I wanna do a fan made film series based on him, and about his new life getting his evil abusive kind of parents arrested and saving the world from them AND living a new kind of child friendly life with a new caring family!
The 3rd image shows a picture of him with hair, which is what my design of him will look like. He’ll also have a little red polo on his shirt like he does in the real show, along with what I can only call his… somewhat modern twin; Modern Caillou.
